Mya did a full face wax and it was painless and quick. My face went from looking like my father to a woman! I also made a comment on how I had had a horrible experience on getting my eyebrows tinted at another salon previously and she kindly offered to do a tint for me. She took her time and was very attentive while she did my brows. They came out absolutely perfect!! She also made sure I was happy with what I had which the other salon didn't even bother to check I love coming to this place, the workers and the atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience and I doubt I will in the future. Can't wait to come back for their other services.

Ummmm can we talk about how amazing Molly is? Sweet as pie and made all the right recommendations…read morenot to mention made great company. My husband and I came here on the fly because we had a hankering for something high in protein that was sweet. I told Molly what my husband liked and what I liked and we came up with some tasty concoctions for us both. I like fruit smoothies usually something tropical. Molly recommended the Pineapple Press but being the strawberry lover I am, I requested the addition of strawberries in which she obliged. My husband is a peanut butter, chocolate and banana kind of guy. So I ordered the Peanut Butter Pump but swapped the vanilla whey for chocolate. Now, here is the kicker. I don't usually like peanut butter nor chocolate and to be honest between the two, his was definitely better! I don't frequent Abilene but honestly we had such a nice trip and I really loved the vibe of tanning and smoothies, so I will DEFINITELY be back.

I knew my time was short so decided to pop in and grab a couple post workout shakes. One for me and one to surprise my galpal at work to enjoy on lunch break. I pulled an old menu from Yelp but the lady who answered was very nice about letting me know and clarifying what I'd like. Updated menu below. The price has gone up slightly to $6.50 for a small. (Which is still I might add - quite big) I tried "The Beast" which is packed with almost 50g of protein and 1g of fat . She had the pumping pineapple which also pulls a whopping 46g of protein in a small. I mean... HOW? These things are delicious - and filling. A great grab n go if you need to get a walk in or if you are guilty of working through lunch at your desk like me and don't want to get food everywhere

I've been to this nail salon before and have had a good experience, which is why I was really…read moredisappointed with my visit today. For some reason, everything felt extremely rushed from the beginning. The shaping of my nails was noticeably uneven and completely off, yet she was already ready to move on and apply the color. I had to stop her because I wasn't comfortable continuing when the shape wasn't even right. I ended up leaving without finishing my nails, and now I have to take additional time out of my day to go somewhere else to have them fixed and finished. I understand salons get busy, but when someone is paying for a service, they shouldn't feel like the appointment is being rushed just to get them out of the chair. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been here before and expected better.
