I have been to many other gyms and nothing compares to Firehouse family and friendly atmosphere. The employees Mike and Jennifer are great and always there to support you in your work out needs. I have had one 60 minute session with her so far and loved it! It's a unique combo of massage, trigger point work, active release, deep stretching, and mindful breathing.
