If you like being slathered in lotion and oil and it simply smeared around, this is your place. If you like being pressured into a 20% tip, this is your place. If you like loud music and lots of bass playing literally next door while getting tortured, this is your place. If you want your person, bc they are definitely not professional massage therapist, talking about you while getting a "massage", this is your place. How do I know this? I went not once, but twice, hoping the first time was just a bad day. Both days were bad. Even not being completely satisfied with my service I left a 10% tip and the lady held up her tip jar and then calculated on a calculator what a 20% tip was and said tip. Went for the 30 min table 30 min foot..hurt so good! She did a deep tissue on my back omg it felt like a train was running over me..strong hands and they really get into those tight muscles. I could not walk a straight line when I stood up..I was jello the foot massage was more a calf massage but it was still ok ..would have preferred a more deeper treatment on the foot but felt so much better afterwards and the prices are reasonable. This place is A-OK by me. It's in the mall and it stays pretty busy from what I've seen on the weekends. You won't get your own massage room; there's a common massage table area in the back that is concealed from walker-bys. If you're a male and don't want a male masseuse, you're going to have to say something. The masseuses here are predominantly male and the next free masseuse helps the next person waiting. I've always had to wait 10-15 minutes and they do not take reservations. The prices are mid-to-high, pretty much a dollar a minute. You pay after the massage. The massage was OK, definitely not worth $40. I understand you don't get a private room, but hearing conversations from both people waiting and the massage therapists was definitely not relaxing at all. The woman who was giving me a massage must've not felt good as she kept coughing and had another gentleman touch her forehead to see if she had a temp going. But to top it all off, there was someone being massaged next to me, and I'm not sure if it was them or the massage therapist, but one of them farted and you could clearly identify it as such. Very bad service. Taking 6 staff members over for messages. Planned to pay cash tip at end of all 6. The employee required me to put tip on credit card receipt so entered $1 and tried to explain that cash tip after all messages. Did not understand English or try to understand what was being communicated. Stop message before done and said "no $1" "no message". So very very rude read more

I had bought my wife a 10 minute chair massage for $12 and she said it was wonderful. It was located across from Chuck E Cheeses, but to my dismay it had moved when I went back for my visit! I eventually found that it moved across from the movie theater next to the game room. I was met by a young oriental girl and she sat me face down leaned me over and began working from my head gently massaging my temples. . .no wait. . .pressure change. . .now it is a dude. I actually appreciated this change as all 90 lbs of her wasn't applying the pressure I needed in the right areas. He then worked his way to my shoulders and down my back. Hit the spot I needed between my shoulder blades and was consistent all the way. I thought he was going to puncture a lung at first. . . urrg. The rest of my back isn't so tight, but I think it would work well for those with back problems. I thanked them, bowed and smiled through their broken English. I have had many massages in my lifetime but never any that have ever hurt me this bad. I a hard time getting off the table and when he was done I have had a crick in my neck for two days. I have deep tissue bruising from the base of my head to the top of my buttocks. It hirts to lean back on a chair or lay down on a bed and it was rwo days ago that I had it done. The lady demanded we leave a tip not even considering what we thought of the job done. I feel as if I have been mauled and I will never go back to that place again.
