For a spa in a box atmosphere it is on pointe. The staff are very friendly and skillful. If you have booked more than one treatment for the same visit it would be optimal to have a robe to go from treatment room to treatment room, so you don't have to change in and out of clothing. It looks and smells clean and the staff work to make the environment as relaxing as possible with soothing music and personal choices of essential oil room diffusers. My massage started about 7 minutes late and they ended 10 minutes early so I lost almost 20 minutes of massage time I paid for. The massage was pretty good but when you pay for a 60 minute prenatal massage and they don't even work on anywhere but your back and neck it is very frustrating. read more

My gf bought us concurrent massages, then a facial for herself afterward. This facility is new, clean and quiet, which is about everything positive I can say about the place. The decor is subdued and minimalist, and the dominant artwork is "tip amount suggestion" signs everywhere, which kinda sets the tone of the whole "experience". I was there about an hour and a half total, for a "one hour" "deep tissue" massage. What I got was a lot of forms to fill out, a sit-down "interview" with my "therapist" (which took up much of the hour) and about 20 minutes of amateurish light-pressure back rub. BIG disappointment. "Deep tissue" means DEEP TISSUE. I've had many massages over the years. And, although this wasn't the worst experience, it was close. Because I blew through the lobby and out the front door after my back rub, I fortunately missed the hot-box high-pressure sales job for a "relaxation package" that my sweetie had to deal with an hour later. We were both very disappointed, but at least we're having a good laugh about it now. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. DON'T do it! read more

I've been a member for a few months, two of the good therapists have already quit. I've tried a couple of others who were not so good. They called and cancelled on me today on an appointment that was part of a girl's weekend that we booked weeks ago. Really not happy about that.
