***** (5 stars) Best Fireworks Spot in Erie - Hands Down!…read moreI've been a regular customer at Boom Boss Fireworks for years now (ever since it took over the old Sky King location on E Main Street in North East), and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my 4th of July, New Year's, or backyard celebration needs! The selection is absolutely massive - from huge 500g cakes and reloadable shells that put on an epic show, to fun fountains, sparklers for the kids, and everything in between. The quality is top-notch; these fireworks go off with massive booms, vibrant colors, and reliable performance every single time. No duds here! What really keeps me coming back is the staff - they're super knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help you build the perfect show without breaking the bank. They remember regulars like me and often hook you up with great deals or recommendations based on what you've bought before. Prices are competitive, especially with their loyalty perks and specials, and the store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If you're in the Erie area and want the biggest bangs for your buck, Boom Boss is the boss! Highly recommend - see you there next season!

2024 Review: This…read moreplace sells the worst brands yet, at the highest cost of any vape shop i've been to in Erie. Hyde and Smok are the most popular brands at this shop. If you have never used a Hyde product, save yourself the poor experience. I went to this place to get a disposable (I know they're the worst thing to buy). I have been slowly trying to quit, thus, gradually lowering my nicotine strength to 0%. I purchased one and it was burnt. No problem, they didn't mind giving me another. The next 4 I tried were all burnt... I just told them I'll just take my money back and not get anything. "It's against our policy". I haven't even left the store yet. I came in, tried 5, they were all expired, there were no more of the specific vape I came to buy. It's against the policy to refund an item that was defective, even if you validate the device AT THE REGISTER! The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye to tell me this BS. Looking straight at his socks telling me he can't give back the money I gave him literally two minutes ago! 710 Vapor, even Tobacco King has higher quality items for CHEAPER!! Vapor Cabana is catered to kids who don't know better. They literally buy the most colorful items haha. Please do not go here. If you do find yourself at this store, look around and ask yourself, do you want to be part of THIS group. Because that's what you truly are if so, no offense. Oh and by the way... STOP VAPING!!

The first time we stopped in - the selection was a bit low, but they've taken care of that in a big…read moreway. Every time we stop in this little "Gem in Dunkirk" there is something new and different - really unique items. The pricing is really great and your dollar goes a long way here. Some of the items are so hard to find that this might be the only place you will see some of these things. This store if far better then most Thrift stores we've ever been to - so much more that we don't even call it a thrift store - it's definitely a boutique! There is normally parking on the side street - the store itself faces the main road, but it sits on a corner - so parking on the side street is the best place as there is a fire hydrant right out front and no sense giving the City of Dunkirk the money you just saved by shopping at this store. The items you will find in this store range from slightly used clothing (not a huge selection, but something for everyone), household items, books, CD's, toys, seasonal items (GREAT Christmas finds), furniture, TV's that work and are plugged in, and the list just is endless. I almost don't want you to shop here because I can't get everything I want all at once and I'm afraid you will find my stuff and buy it up! However, the owners and their daughter that works there are so friendly and helpful I'd like to see them flourish in this economy. So - I'm willing to share. Right now they have amazing store hours and are open 7 days a week - YES even on Sundays when there is little else to do - take a drive down the scenic route to Dunkirk and stop and and check this place out!
