Drivers on both ways were friendly and helpful. It was not a cheap trip but I knew taking a regular taxi would be too. The driver on the way back let me take a brief detour to hit an ATM in Federal Way so I could pay the fare and give him a tip, which was appreciated since you are not wise to bring a ton of money with you to a hospital. I also appreciated that on the trip up they were aware of traffic piling up around JBLM so the driver took a backroad route that got us in to Tacoma via the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and saved at least a half hour of time. The one down side is that they are cash only for the long trips so you have to plan ahead. At least on the long trips like this they don't mind a quick stop if needed. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

The car arrived promptly and was clean, however the car (a 2013 Lincoln) did not have the rear tethers that are required in order to safety install a carseat. The driver was unable to reach his boss to request a different vehicle to come and get us. The next day I emailed the company to request a refund because the car they provided did not have the standard car seat hookups. The owner called me within 5 minutes of my email and was extremely aggressive that it was impossible that the car did not have the carseat hookups. We agreed that he would speak to the driver (who was there and could verify that hookups were not in the car) and call us back. That was 3 weeks ago. I have emailed him twice to try and get a response but the owner is not responding. Needless to say, I would think twice about using this car service. If you are traveling with children, I would NOT use this car service.
