The office is going through some renovation now, so it looks a little rough around the edges, but regardless, it was a very pleasurable experience. Dr. Brockington took his time with me and explained all of my options for treatment. I was impressed that he is trained in procedures such as implants, sedation, wisdom tooth extractions, and root canals that most other dentist refer out - no more driving to Marietta to find a dental specialist!!!! It was apparent to me that he is a highly skilled professional who cares about the quality of his work, keeps up with the latest trends and truly cares about his patients. I called these guys for a dental emergency, and was told over the phone they weren't in-network for…read moremy insurance, but they'd process the claims for my provider, I'd just have to potentially pay the higher "out of network" cost. However, once I got there, filled out all the paperwork, sat in the chair, got an X-ray, and confirmed the issue... they sent in the billing person, who told me that I'd have to pay completely out of pocket for the procedure because "they haven't had good luck getting Guardian to pay claims." In my limited exposure to the dentist and the assistant, they seemed very empathetic and wanted to help... I actually thought I'd found my regular dentist. I'm sure they are great at what they do. But, do NOT come here if you hope to use your dental insurance. They will not even try to make a claim against it, even in an emergency situation in which you are in significant pain.
