Their team treats you like family and have the utmost respect for every individual that walks into their locations. They're very punctual so you never wait to be seen if you're there on time and their receptionists are the best in the business -- very friendly and accommodating! Their work is very pristine and thorough. I won best smile as a senior superlative in HS and have been complimented about my teeth all my life (I'm 30 now). I attribute a lot of that to the 32 Dental family! As long as they are still alive and practicing, they are the only dentists touching my teeth

Don't EVER pay anything more to them than your insurance says you need to. They will hold it hostage as a credit until every last claim you have is filed, and you will STILL have to fight to get your money back. I wouldn't mind this process if they were timely, but they're not. Claims that required more information for insurance to process in NOV and DEC are STILL pending. I paid almost $600 in January when my service should have been free. They assured me once insurance came through I would be refunded no issue. Well... here we are in JUNE with no refund. The information Aetna requested wasn't even sent until I had Aetna call on my behalf... Once Aetna called, they had the info sent electronically almost instantly. I shouldn't have to do all this chasing down to get my money back. They also linked me and my wife's accounts without telling either of us so our credits can cover each other's costs. Not sure why or when this was decided for us? Either way, they need to do better. I will not be returning to 32 Dental Chastain.

I was able to use my insurance as well so my actual out of pocket was just over $100. While at Kennesaw Mountain they told me I needed two crowns for the two root canals I had done at the Endo. The Endo recommended a crown and a filling, (one tooth was cracked), Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates told me I actually needed two crowns to the tune of almost $3,000. Come to find out I didn't actually need two crowns. The recommendation from the Endo was correct, all I needed was a crown and a filling this is after both dentists at my new dentist looked at the root canals done by my Endo. So in addition to being rude and lazy, they are also trying to over charge by pushing unnecessary dental procedures. Be very careful if you visit Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates. Make sure you reach out to your insurer prior to your visit and check your coverage or they may try what they tried with me and tell you that you don't have coverage. Also if they recommend a procedure don't hesitate to hit pause, take few days and get a second opinion. It could save you thousands of dollars.

Great Expressions Dental Visits Below is a timeline of my…read morerecent experience with the Kennesaw office. Sunday, June 28, 8:00 a.m. I received the following text message: GEDC Dental Info: William Travillian has an appointment on July 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Kennesaw office. Reply YES to confirm or NO for rescheduling information. Monday, June 29, 5:18 a.m. I replied: YES I then received a confirmation message stating that my appointment had been confirmed. Thursday I received another reminder stating that my appointment was scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. On Friday, July 3, I arrived at 7:45 a.m. and waited until 8:30 a.m. The office never opened, and the elevator was locked. I sent the following text message: I arrived for my appointment at 7:45 a.m. and waited until 8:30 a.m. No one showed up. Great Expressions responded with: No appointment found. I attempted to call the Kennesaw office several times but was unable to reach anyone to discuss what had happened. On Monday, July 6, I visited the office and spoke with your new office manager. I showed her the text messages that I had saved documenting the appointment confirmation and what had occurred. She explained that Great Expressions had experienced some scheduling problems and assured me that she intended to correct the issue so that it would not happen again. I was understandably disappointed by the situation. However, I was impressed with the way the office manager accepted responsibility and sincerely apologized. I will never fault someone for making an honest mistake if they acknowledge it and work to correct it. She rescheduled my dental cleaning for Tuesday, July 7, at 11:30 a.m. I arrived on time and had an excellent visit. I have nothing but compliments for the dental hygienist, dental assistants, and the dentist. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and competent. I could not have asked for better treatment. There was one remaining issue involving an unexpected $11 charge from a previous visit. The office manager explained that it appeared to be related to an insurance issue and said she would resubmit the claim to my insurance company. I always make it a point to pay any balance before leaving the office. If my insurance does not cover a service, I am normally informed during the visit and asked to pay the remaining balance before I leave. While requesting payment in the treatment room feels somewhat unusual to me, it does help ensure that accounts are paid in full before patients leave the office. Because of that process, I was surprised to learn that there was still an $11 balance from a previous visit. Since I always verify that my account is paid in full before leaving, I believe this was most likely an insurance processing issue rather than an unpaid balance. Hopefully, resubmitting the claim will resolve the matter. To summarize, I believe the dentist, hygienist, and clinical staff are outstanding and deserve recognition for the quality of care they provide. I believe the front office has room for improvement, but I am optimistic that the new office manager is taking the necessary steps to improve office operations and customer service. Overall, I would rate this office 6 out of 10. The clinical care is excellent, but the scheduling and administrative issues significantly affected my overall experience. I hope this evaluation is helpful. Thank you, William Travillian

Despite then realizing that the appointment was indeed for the time in which I showed up for it, they still saw everyone else that can got their appointments and refused to clean my teeth. No apology until another lady behind the desk noted my frustration and tried to help. Evelyn was the waste at the front desk. It was she who said I was late and it was past the grace period. Honestly for a moment I did a double take as it seemed I was NPT IN THE USA. SAD

I had two teeth that needed to be extracted and I was recommended by our dentist to NorthWest oral in Acworth. When I called in horrible pain due to a tooth infection, they got me right in that day at their Dallas location. I saw doctor Dicky and he calmed my nerves a bit. Very down to earth and a very nice guy. He informed me that one of the teeth in question was angry causing nerve pain and needed to come out sooner then later. He explained the entire process to me and was able to get me in the next morning at the Marietta office. Due to health concerns and current medications I'm on, I was very uneasy about IV sedation. The staff at Marietta was nothing short of amazing. I had 2 surgery techs that were so nice and patient with me. The nurse was also very nice and the whole experience went very smoothly. I had concerns about pain afterwards due to PTSD from my wisdom teeth. I felt heard and well educated on what to expect. My husband was my ride and we had our 4 year old son with us. They were very patient with us and understanding that he was my husbands wingman for the day. They even let my son pick a prize in the prize box which he was static about. Overall I am very happy with how smoothly everything went. I will say even the billing and payment was explained well and I felt like there was no surprises. I have a few more procedures that will need to be done in the future and will definitely be using Dr. Dicky again.

Next he starts complaining about my "behavior", by which he meant the shrieking, which was no doubt being heard by the other customers, and wanted to give me a general anesthetic despite me having a condition which makes general anesthesia dangerous. He pooh-poohed my concerns and said he'd never had a problem. I reiterated that I had subcortical white matter lesions and asked what his follow-up period was and he wouldn't answer. He seemed a little obsessed with knocking me out. Then he went on about how I would never be able to cope with the sound of the drill if this was my attitude to needles and how I needed to be asleep, and I kept pointing out I have no problem with needles just with agonizing pain when they are rammed in and drills don't worry me in the slightest. He didn't listen to one word I said. I left. The painless yet impacted tooth he was supposed to extract is still there. An hour after the needles were jammed in - my whole lower jaw was numb on the outside but not on the inside where the tooth is. For all his stabbing and ramming he hadn't managed to numb the area. God knows the agony I would had suffered had I stayed and continued to refuse a general. His performance seemed designed to have me begging for a general. Today my jaw won't open more than half an inch. That's how hard he rammed the needles in. I've been to dentists before. I have no problem with needles. I am having real trouble believing a qualified oral surgeon with mostly excellent reviews can't understand the phrase "it hurts", can't numb a jaw and can't put in a needle slowly enough that a person can eat the next day. When I left my husband was surprised to see me so quickly as he knew there hadn't been enough time for the topical to take effect, let alone have anything else done. There were two other young women in the waiting room too. Perhaps one of them became Dr Wall's special girl that day. I sure failed my audition.
