I happen to see the rolling Gates van driving up 680 one day and got the number and called. Dean came out the following day in what just happened to be the same Van that I saw on the freeway. He troubleshooting the gate, found the problem and left with no fee. He gave me a quote for the repair with parts the following Monday. The price was fair and from time of troubleshooting until my gate is operational was about one week. Great prompt company and communicates very well.

My only wish would be to have more input on hinges of the pedestrian gate- what was installed is going to be durable but a hinge that reduces the gap would have been preferred. I just didn't know to ask so that's on me, not on Capital. Would recommend Capital Automatic Gates and recommend using a gate specialist for your gate project- fence contractors are great for fences but not as good with gates.

Also, while discussing the fence repair I brought up my busted side gate and he gave me a good price on a steel framed gate, which sounded much better than the wood framed one I had. Melvin, Eduardo, Mauricio, (and a 4th guys whose name I didn't get) did a great job. Clearly these guys are technicians and not just laborers. They measured twice (maybe 3 times) and cut once.
