This store is small but it is densely packed with a lot of organic options. Very clean and organized. They have a lot of unique products that can't be found in other grocery stores. The layout of the store is stratigically like a maze that would take you through the entire store leading to the cashier. The produce section is small. They tend to have a lot of clean organic food, which I love. I truly believe in their organic philosophy on their website. There are way too many nasty chemicals in foods these days. It is nice that Mom's organics exist. My only complaint is the price. I'm my opinion, they are overpriced. Look at the price of the coconut water in my picture. Compare it to Costco or Amazon and you can see the difference, even at this store's "sales" price. Overall, this is a much needed store but if it remains expensive, I don't think it will replace Wegmans nor whole food. Wegmans still give better value for $ on their organic foods.

The food was sweating and wet. So I went to the manager and told him and he was extremely condescending and dismissive. He told me that if there was any issues an alarm would go off , so I showed him the pictures and he laughed and then told me that I was mistaken. Then when I said that he was making me anxious and I was just trying to show him the products, he said thank you and smiled at me with a Blank Stare and then walked away. It was really weird and gross. We won't be going back to that particular location because Market Basket is great but not in newburyport.
