They said that this harassment was actually part of the person's job and that they saw nothing wrong with it once again I was asked over and over and when I said no, she continued trying to bully me into it. Myself and another lady there were very alarmed that she seem to be trying to fraudulently force customers into extras and lie about what the system says they came in for so that she could get commission off of that . But again her leader said that that is what's part of the program ! I don't doubt this at all all. I don't see how this is her fault when her leaders are telling her to lie and manipulate .... I could just imagine the amount of pressure she's under. She doesn't own the business so the reason she is forceful is because they are forcing her. It looks like Wells Fargo only in tanning world. I've heard horror stories from business owners about groupon customers so I didn't pay any attention to them and just followed my gut. I followed the link to her website and checked her out - looked at pricing ......$25 per tan SAY WHAT?? $25 per tan. I immediately booked one on line. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Nadine the owner/tanning tech. She explained everything to me - how she tans - her formula - her background - how many years she's been there. Then she sprayed me. I've been to many spray tan places. Both organic and regular. This was BY FAR the BEST tan ever. Nothing weird on my hands and feet. NOTHING. My legs were a bit red so I texted her about it. She replied and told me not to worry. It will turn to brown - she was correct. My tan? It's flawless. It's $25 and FLAWLESS. I will be going every 7 days or so (depending on how it lasts) Amazing experience.

I had an even air brushed tan, with just the slightest bit more tan where the sun would naturally touch me (like my upper arms). She is amazing. This is a superior quality formula that they have. I have been sprayed a couple of times by other places and sometimes had an orange tint. No orange tint here -and that's what my husband and family even told me. They told me I just looked radiant and tan. Allie was also amazing, answering a million of my questions before the big day. I called her 3 times and messaged her once. She was always patient and I could tell she looks out for her customers. Awesome place!

Within five minutes, she called me back with the name of a salon in California. They went above and beyond without knowing me. They were honest with me as to what the results would look like if I did it a week ahead of time, even if it meant losing the business. When I do decide to use a tanning salon in New York, this will be the only place I will be calling. This is old school customer service at its best!
