Instead of going to Dr. Moore, because of our relationship,I chose to seek help from Dr Sarosiek, the prtner, super nice Doctor. However, I developed encapsulation pretty badly, even-though I had had saline implants before for 40 years. They thought the Mentor group who supplied the implants would warranty them, they didn't so Cool Springs had to eat it. Second surgery to replace went much, much worse. I have a stage 4 encapsulation which they say Mentor will not take care of. My sister works for a plastic surgeon in Atlanta. She deals with Mentor all the time on saline implants. With that group the reps always stand behind their product whether saline or silicone implants. Don't understand what is going on with the lying reps with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery but guess where I am going next.

On top of that since I had done my arm pits before they did agree to do chin in replacement which was 3 lasers on top not under as the lady described the placement would be. Just handled poorly from start to finish. Dishonest marketing is just a way for me personally to be pushed away.
