I have contracted these guys to do a couple small Jobs for me in the past. They have done a decent…read morejob. My Mother in Law even used them. We were impressed. BUT Sunday 4/16/23 They came to my house to repair a small hole in my roof and to dig a trench and paint a leak proof seal. They told me "They couldn't Sleep" if they Just did the double coat on the sealant and buried it wet. So they said they would be back the next day. I did pay them the whole amount an expenses for the whole job. Monday the 17th they texted and said they would be there tomorrow to finish ( 4/18) and asked if I would be home. I said Yes. On Tuesday the 18th at 12pm I texted and asked about when would they be here. He said he was waiting at Lowes for some materials and he would be here after they got it around 3pm. On Wednesday I messaged and they said they were at the hospital with their dad. Promised they would be here after he was stable. Which of course was fine I told them I would put them in my prayers. Friday I got a text that was intended for someone else after not hearing from them. I politely asked when they would be back . He said he just got home and would be here tomorrow (Saturday 4/21). On Saturday I messaged them and did not get a response. Also messaged on Sunday and Tuesday. Also called 2 times where i was sent straight to voicemail. SO as of now I have a job that has been paid in full for and they refuse to complete the work or even communicate with me. I am very understanding and they could give me a date 2 weeks out and that would be fine, if they showed. After meeting them I would have never thought they would do someone like this. But I guess u never know. MAKE SURE they complete the JOB before you pay them . Even today if they would contact me and complete this job or Give me a date where they actually show up. I would forgive and forget and remove this review. But as of now I do not want anyone else to get screwed out of their money like I have. Next call will be the Better Business Bureau. Please call me like an adult business owner and work this out. So you don't get a bad review and My house doesn't get ruined because u didn't finish what i contracted u to do.
