Ms. Dartez knew the answer to every question my wife and i had and was able to recommend exactly what we need for our home. She was amazing seemed to know every carpet swatch in the center and the Pro's and Cons of each one and made sure that our choices were the ones we would love to have in our home. She even advised us the following week was a sale week and that we could get an even better deal than the original deal we had, we went to a competitor but they couldn't hold a candle to Ms Dartez knowledge and abilities. So what I'm saying if you want to be ecstatic with your choices and have no buyers remorse i truly recommend you go to FC Design Center and seek out the best of the best MS. Molly Dartez. I'm so sure of what I'm saying I'd recommend my own mother to go there and work with MS Dartez. You can never go wrong by working with the best

Unfortunately for them, they underestimated the problems the tile would give them and what should have been a couple hour project turned into all day because of the material I chose. First off, let me apologize if you have seen this review on another site and believe it to be bogus…read morebecause you've seen it posted on other sites. It's not, and I have a good reason for why I reposted it. When I started looking for a tile person (installing) in Ocean Springs, I found numerous listings, but NONE of them had any reviews! I admit, I am an "online" person, and if you're like me, you don't like to hire blind! So, now, I've hired someone, and love their work and I'm trying to post it on the sites I first searched in an attempt to help others like me looking for any guidance. When I first discovered a horrid, awful smell in my father's one carpeted room, I ran to the internet to find someone fast to remove it! I called about 10 companies listed. Only 1 called me back that day. A second called be back the next day. That was it. Lucky for me, and my grumpy old redneck father, the one was all we could have asked for and more! Rob, and his longtime friend, Billy, showed up the next day, ripped out the offending carpet, picked up my order at a local store (later, making sure I was credited for extra not used, without me having to go there myself!) and installed my tile choice perfectly!!!! Rob made sure my father felt confident in his service and his loyalty to a tough customer, no matter what. I feel like I got not only the best tile person in Ocean Springs, or the Gulf Coast, but a lifelong friend of the family! He showed up, he did the work in a timely and beautiful fashion, and we can't say enough about him or his business! I hope my family has helped you with your decision making process. Best of luck! Tina

At first I would have gave them a 4 star rating but after my flooring in my kitchen has started coming apart and I have been calling asking about the warranty on the flooring and the install I have got the run around. I have been calling every week since August 22, 2024 asking for my flooring in my kitchen to be repaired. The flooring is coming apart at the seems and a few pieces of the flooring is peeling. I have 2 boxes of the flooring that can be used to do the repairs. The manager states that she has called the guy who installed my floors every time I call but he has yet to reach out to me. I have called 7 times. 5 times I spoke to the manager and twice I had to leave a message, my call was not returned either time. I also sent an email through their web site on September 17th with no response as of yet. I feel that my flooring, which I spent a lot of money on, should last more than 3 years. I feel like I have been ignored about my issue. I did not list the managers name or the contractor who put my flooring down because I still have faith in my fellow human beings that the flooring in my kitchen will be repaired.

From the beginning, she made this large project seem less intimidating.  We emailed back and forth and set up a date to have an initial phone call.  I told her the scope of the project and how we were in the middle of a massive renovation.  Elizabeth asked lots of questions and set up a game plan.  She took the time to really understand us and what we wanted.     I will admit our budget and style made this a challenging project.    On top of that, we had dogs to consider as well as family members with special needs. In the design phase we communicated via emailed, text and had a few phone calls.  She was never frustrated with all the emails or messages I sent.  Elizabeth took the time to do all the leg room with local furniture companies.  We were able to go in, asked for a certain salesperson and test out the sofa/chairs etc.  It cut down the shopping process immensely. On our presentation day we did not really have high expectations.  Until this point, she had been super helpful and agreeable...almost too agreeable.  I can honestly say we were blown away.  Elizabeth captured everything we wanted, even the one-off comments I had made that I didn't remember.  The rooms are not only a show piece, but they are also a functional representation of us!  She presented a beautifully detailed 3D rendering with a few options.  The mood boards really helped as well.  Most importantly she provided me with a detailed list of what to buy, from where and stayed within our budget.  I cannot wait until the rooms are finished and we can work together again.  I plan on using her for 5 more rooms in the future.  I have complete confidence the experience will be nothing less than amazing.
