It's not the fact I don't want to pay it's the fact this location operates in a non professional way and further education is a must, again it's the fact that I told them 4 different times I have a copay and they refused to take my payment and then harass me. As for the negatives, if you work for either big healthcare company that is in Nashville I would not suggest going here. I verified ahead of time that this office was in network for my insurance. Unfortunately, they send the pathology results through some little lab in Columbia that I doubt anyone's insurance fully pays for. Be prepared to get a HUGE pathology bill, even though I asked repeatedly before making an appointment if they used hospital based labs. As long as you are prepared to pay a large bill out of pocket, I would recommend them as fine. If you are trying to let your insurance do what insurance is supposed to do though, I would advise getting clarifications from the office before booking an appointment here.

This situation is particularly frustrating as I had specifically left work early and drove 35 minutes to reach the practice. Having a provider arbitrarily decide to end their day early, in direct contradiction to policies, is unprofessional and shows a concerning disregard for patients' time and circumstances.

Let me start by saying that…read morehe seems like a pleasant enough person -- but in my opinion, he has no business practicing medicine. I decided to visit him after reading numerous positive reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. It left me depressed, distressed, and possibly scarred for life. To his credit, Dr. Mishra does communicate with patients via text message -- a level of accessibility I've rarely seen from a doctor. While that might seem like good customer service, it means little when the quality of care is dangerously subpar. I went to him for a simple inflamed pimple on my neck. I left with a hole in my skin that may never heal -- the direct result of his incompetence. He injected my neck with an excessive dose of Kenalog, a steroid used to reduce inflammation. Over a month later, I'm left with a red indentation in my neck caused by his heavy-handed approach. Another dermatologist has since confirmed that the damage was caused by an overdosage of Kenalog. To make matters worse, Dr. Mishra tried to gaslight me -- insisting that the visible dent wasn't from his injection, even though he administered 2.5 mg of Kenalog. That's roughly two and a half times the recommended dosage for the neck area, according to multiple medical sources. Visit him at your own peril.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Starnes and it was a great experience. She was very kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also lied to me about what his office had told the collection agency.
