My nose ring fell out yesterday morning & besides feeling naked without it, idk how to do flat backs. Thankfully, I found both pieces so I didn't need to replace it, but I did need help putting it in. Sacred Heart was my preference, but found out the piercer, Adam, wasn't in until Thursday so I decided to come here. Everyone seemed friendly enough, but upon asking about other jewelry (daith, conch, etc) I noticed a few strands of hair all in the jewelry case on the bars, rings and jewels. Totally turned me off. At that point even if I had found one I liked I wouldn't have purchased from there. I was even considering asking their shop minimum as I'd been wanting a simple semicolon and could have totally gotten that while there as well. ‍ Also, the woman who was doing it needed help getting the jewelry back in. Hopefully, they're just better at tattoos ‍ I will say that she did clean my piercing before handling it and putting it back in. Absolutely got the job done, but that's it. read more

I saw the piercer to have some jewelry switched out before a surgery. I bought some cheap acrylic retainers and had her switch out my daith and tragus. She seemed confused on how to bend the daith ring to take it out. I tried explaining it to her but she clearly didn't understand. She destroyed my beautiful $50 piece of jewelry. She used steel clamps taking a chunk out of the silver, rendering it unwerarable, and bent the crap out of the ring. She threw $50 away. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage until later when I took the jewelry out of the bag. The worst part though, is that the shop wouldn't stand behind their work. I called THREE TIMES! Each time having to explain my story and all I got was "the owner will call you back." They never did. That was a huge waste of money and a massive disappointment. Stay away from this unprofessional shop. They will destroy your jewelry and never call you back. read more
