You go under the lights (see my funky pic!) first (picking three "bothersome" areas), then you go on a "shaker" (I forget the name, this was almost one year ago). It looks like a scale but literally shakes your fat - haha! As with anything - I believe if you follow a plan, you will achieve the desired results.
