In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

Their base prices are probably some of the better prices I've seen in the area. The doctor does the fillers himself, although he does apparently have one PA that does some of the fillers too. I was fortunate that they were able to get me an appointment on the day I called. When I was brought into the room, my lips were numbed before I even spoke to the doctor. When the doctor came in with the syringe, he briefly asked what kind of look I was going for and started right away. I understand that it wasn't my first time getting this done, but it was my second, and I'm new to this place and by no means a pro. He was already injecting by the time I had the chance to ask, "What's in the syringe?" since the deal said "Juvederm ultra or ultra plus." I thought the "or" implied I'd get a choice. There was some bruising, which is normal. I think it's nice, however, that he saved a little bit in the syringe so that when the swelling goes down, if there's anything that needs to be fixed, I don't have to buy a whole new syringe just to touch up a small area. While I wasn't blown away by my experience here, I am thrilled with the results that I received. I would definitely trust my lips again with Dr. Pinto.

After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue.
