I've recently tried their Scarlett Treatment, it's a subtle tightening and resurfacing treatment over 3+ sessions, for pore reduction (hey as a man gets older, those pores get larger!). I've got one more session but I'm very happy with the results so far. I can't say enough good things about Tiffany's expertise! Whatever your upkeep needs are, She's your guide. The ONLY reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of their phone communications. It reeks of Answering Service. Earn that 5th star back by moving back to an attentive front-desk associate. It took 4 calls over several weeks to get a real human to answer. Messages were not returned. This is an easy fix guys, don't cheapen the upscale experience by cutting this corner.

I was offered to see another nurse. She used a different brand (Dysport instead of Letybo) and mentioned I would need to pay extra if I wanted the same product Ciera had used. Unfortunately, after the injections my upper eyelid dropped and my brows felt very heavy, affecting my vision and overall look. Another nurse later tried to help, but the improvement was minimal and I was told I would need to wait for it to wear off. I understand emergencies happen, but the communication and outcome were disappointing. I hope the spa improves coordination and follow-up care for patients in the future.
