My daughter surprised me with a session of micro blading to have my eyebrows done. My eyebrows were sparse due to hormone changes and I was very self conscious about them. Very hard to pencil in when you can't see without your glasses and just a pain to do even with a magnifying mirror. I was nervous about the procedure but Fatemeh assured me it would look natural and they do! I'm still getting used to having full beautiful eyebrows again. The day of, she observed what I was getting lasered, circled the hair with a white colored pencil, and quoted me. I was quoted much higher than what I paid in CA but was okay with it and decided to move forward. The technician, I believe her name was Ana, did an amazing job. What usually takes 15 minutes in CA took her ~30 but her work was great! The owner told me they will check the amount of hair I have before every visit and quote me based on that. (Note: I got lasered in CA in between my first and second visit.) Fast forward to my second visit in March- the owner handed the technician a paper with the body parts I got done the first time. I assumed I would be paying the same amount as the first time since I was not given a quote. To my surprise I was charged about THREE TIMES the amount when it was time to pay. Based on this experience, I think this is a dishonest facility that is misleading and inconsistent with their pricing. I will make sure to obtain a quote prior to getting anything lasered if I decide to return.
