We were finally able to move forward with getting answers, and we are so thankful we chose this office. Brittany was wonderful. She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. Going through something as stressful as skin cancer evaluations can be overwhelming, but this team made us feel like we were in good hands. We are very happy we chose this office for my husband's skin cancer care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable providers.

I made an appointment with Dai ahead of time and completed the necessary forms a day or two before the appointment date. Dai is very professional and knowledgeable. We went over a few different botox brands and she provided details on them. Then she examined the areas I wanted to work on and determined the units needed and provided pricing on the two I was deciding between. I ultimately went with Letybo, which is a newer Korean brand but kinda wish I went with original Botox brand. As a first time client, you do get a discount and I completely forgot I had gift cards for Botox brand to use still. I'll be using them for the next time. It has been about 5 weeks now since that visit. Im still determining if I like this brand or not and will continue to monitor how long it lasts. Everyone I've interacted with here so far has been friendly. Place is cute!

Extremely disappointed with my experience…read more I came to La Vida Med Spa in April specifically requesting Dysport. During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.

Don't Be Fooled by the New Patient Specials! Look at the…read morereviews which is what I should have done first! While the introductory prices may seem appealing, be prepared for the possibility that once you arrive, you'll be told that the special only covers a certain number of units per area and that you need to purchase more to achieve the results you want. What is more of a concern is when these recommendations seem to be based more on a predetermined quota than on an individualized assessment. An injector cannot accurately determine how many units you need simply by looking at your face without having you make the expressions necessary to assess your muscle movement, such as scrunching your nose or raising your eyebrows. Every face is different, and treatment recommendations should be tailored to the individual, not driven by sales targets. How is this place still open guess it's the "marketing" since it's a chain. Very disappointed it was a complete waste of time.

Before even checking with me, she asked another client to change and automatically rescheduled me for a time that conflicted with another appointment. When I let her know this wouldn't work for me, she became very angry, stating she was trying to accommodate me and did I not respect her time? She went on further, stating I pre-booked the appointment weeks before and that I had made changes before (one time). I've only seen her once and yes, life happens, changes need to be made, but she does not seem to understand this. I replied to her that I never asked to move a client for me, especially without checking to see if that time would work for me, so obviously, she did not seem to respect my time. She then said I was being rude. At that point, I let her know to cancel everything and that I would be going elsewhere. She then replied that she cancelled it and wouldn't be charging me for it!! Her cancellation policy states that as long as you cancel or change an appointment before 24 hours, no cancellation fee would be applied. She is just too much and very unreasonable.
