Highly recommend her!

I pushed back and said no, because I booked this service using all my class pass credits, she replied, "that's class pass's problem." When I requested proof of her trying to charge me or change my service so that I can show class pass in order to not be charged a cancellation fee, she said no and hung up on me. I have proof of all of this. Luckily, I sent the proof to class pass and got my credits back. I was excited for this service as it was a treat for myself for my 30th birthday. Very unprofessional and suspicious business behavior. Do not book.

Today, 6/25/2020 was Irina's reopening day for her services and I was stoked to get my facial…read more Before the quarantine, I bought a deal for $150.00 and that included 3 European Facials for 60 minutes each. I was able to use one of them today. This was my 2nd time in going to her and it's been 3 years since the last time I had her service. Let's just say, first impression lasts! If you've never been to her services, she is located inside a dental office. Her directions how to get there is precise since it's a little confusing with the navigation map. Once you find the dental office, you come in and with the new guidelines, you need to wear a mask and put some hand sanitizer. The dental office ladies are very welcoming as they let Irina know you're there. Since it's been awhile when I had my facial with her, I had to fill out a client form plus some forms about COVID. Then, it was time for the facial which Ali was allowed to have my mask off. The pictures here in Yelp is still exactly the same (her purple room). She even showed me today what wipes she used to sanitize in between the appointments today. Irina was wearing a mask, face shield and gloves. My appt was at 12:30pm and we got started at 12:40pm. As seen on her website, "Fabulously customized to suit your special needs, perfect for first time spa user . This complete facial includes a deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, light extractions and ultrasonic skin spatula , high frequency. Followed by a custom masque and face, neck and shoulder massage. This is an enjoyble and relaxing facial with skin care benefits.", Irina followed exactly what she stated. I've been discouraged with my last facials as they were afraid of doing extractions on my face. Irina is the only one that does something after face extractions so your open pores won't get infected. We finished to the hour at 1:40pm. I can't wait to go back on my next appointment in August and hopefully I can pay the extra money so I could experience her back facial services.

For the first time, we measured and took pics from the neck down with the provided disposable clothing for private parts to see how the progress of the session was. Crazy results just going once. You could see how much the body was slightly slimmer looking and less bloated. The type of massaging she does is specifically targeted to push out those inner body toxins and drain into your lymphatic nodes throughout your body to appear slimmer. This type of treatment does feel good but it will have its moments where your muscles are a bit tender and sensitive so it can hurt a little bit. That is perfectly normal and Suemy is very communicative during the process about comfort levels and what's happening. And the post treatment measurements, I lost a little bit in centimeters from my original measurement. Imagine going more often. That was when I had my first session. I am currently on my 4th session and we are gradually seeing the lasting results. Very happy I started to do this kind of treatment for myself because as a woman, you want to see results and with this you do. Everyone's body types are different and I am actively trying to also lose weight. This would work very well in combination of diet and better health habits. 10/10, loved it.
