Their nails did look fantastic and they gave them this hard polish that was like bullet proof and has still held up on the girls, which is damn impressive. My wife loved it too. It's such a relaxing atmosphere compared to a generic nail salon, my wife loved it and said she can't wait to come back. So, for any guys looking for something this was a fantastic spot and glad I surprised the ladies in my life with this spot. The prices are reasonable (or so I am told). Last Saturday, I went to the salon for a blunt bob haircut (see attached the inspo picture). While the stylist technically cut my hair into a bob, it was not the haircut I asked for. She removed a significant amount of my hair by heavily thinning it out without ever informing me, asking for my consent, or discussing it with me. That was never something I requested, and it completely changed the look and feel of my hair. It's also worth mentioning that I've been getting this exact haircut for the past eight years, and I have never had a single issue. This isn't my first bob, and I know exactly how it's supposed to look and feel. Never before has a stylist excessively thinned out my hair without discussing it with me or asking for my permission. I left the salon thinking something felt off, and once I got home, I realized just how different my haircut was from what I had asked for. I felt devastated, frustrated, and completely blindsided. I take great care of my hair, and seeing it so over-thinned was heartbreaking. I honestly cried for two days because of it. I called the salon, the staff followed up with me after I reached out, and I appreciated their communication. However, I was told that the owner would be the one addressing the situation. Unfortunately, my conversation with the owner made an already upsetting experience even worse. Throughout the call, I felt completely dismissed and gaslit. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no acknowledgment of how I was feeling. Instead, I felt like he controlled the entire conversation and repeatedly invalidated my concerns. When I told him I had been crying for two days because of my haircut, his response was essentially, "Really? You're crying over this?" That comment made me feel embarrassed and foolish for expressing how much this affected me. Also expressed that he does not want me as a client. As a salon owner, you should understand that while it may be "just hair" to you, it is MY hair. You don't know how much time, effort, and care I've invested over the years to keep it healthy. Having that changed without my knowledge or permission was incredibly upsetting. Rather than listening, the owner insisted that I got the haircut I asked for and said he didn't think it was a bad haircut. That completely misses the point. My issue is not whether he personally likes the haircut... it's that my hair was altered in a way I never agreed to. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. A mistake can happen, but the way a business responds afterward says everything. I left feeling unheard, invalidated, and blamed for my own reaction. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Binta was wonderful, but I'm not thrilled with my results from the lift and tint, and after a Brazilian I'm very very red and bumpy 3 days later. Essentially my full leg and underarm wax were flawless. Binta is friendly and kind and very professional. The lift and tint were mediocre at best and even after a return trip for a second free of charge tint (normally like $30), my lashes look unchanged. I told her I wasn't happy and that while there is minimal lift and color, it is not enough of a noticeable difference to be worth the $110 I spent. I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out.
