I called again to speak to a manager or the owner thinking the employee may not have known the law. Well......the owner confirmed that their policy is the gift card expired after one year. There is no mention of a expiration on the physical card. When I told her that gift cards do not expire she told me I was wrong and that all local spas have the same policy. Wrong!! I called 3 local spas (big and small) and without exception said they always accept gift cards. And to boot, she was rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was arguing with my teenager. I am not out to ruin her business but buyer beware. She sells you a service and does not deliver.

She examined my skin and knew immediately the cause of my acne was bacterial. She prescribed a simple over the counter body soap to exfoliate with. Always being afraid of exfoliation with my sensitive skin, I was hesitant to try it. Beyond belief, it worked! I can't thank Kim Anne enough.
