Dr. James, Dr. Chow, and their teams are among the very best of all the medical practices I've ever interacted with in my entire life. I am fair skinned and did way too much tanning in my youth, before we knew how awful it was, so I need to be very cautious about monitoring my skin for potential skin cancer. I have complete trust in Dr. James and her expertise in dermatology. The front desk staff, especially Trina and Renee, is also very professional, friendly, and helpful. I've occasionally had a few glitches with billing but each time I've called they've done their best to fix it in a reasonable time frame.

After the surgery he and his staff answered any and all my questions, made it where I could get a hold of anyone at any moment of time if I had a question even weekends. Looking back now 3 months later I love my new body!!! If you are looking to get work done or even have questions I highly recommend him and his staff!!

I went back several times to discuss the issue- it's been almost a year and I have one very saggy implant and one that sits up high. The last time I went back, they said it would cost $4800 to fix. Unfortunately, I had referred someone to him and now they have the same exact problem I do I wish I had gone to a different doctor

The consultant was very pleasant, answered my questions, and lovely to have conversation with. Her previous job was selling real estate so made me go hmmm having discussed snipping and cutting my body. I left feeling excited to have this procedure done but then started thinking about not meeting the surgeon, doing more research on other providers in the area and cost became priority issues. Four days later I received a text asking me to schedule and provide a deposit. When I raised the question of not meeting the surgeon, I was given the offer of pay a non-refundable deposit of $495 to meet him/her because they are in surgeries all day every day and would have to step out to take time with me. That closed any doors on SonoBello. Reading employee reviews was also another red flag. It is all about meeting monthly goals and the money. I will go to a plastic surgeon, pay $100 consulting fee that goes towards surgery, and feel confident with knowing who hands will be on me.

Doctor Belt is a very good physician with no…read moremalpractice or blemishes on his record, he knows very well what hes doing with the medication in order to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Our chart about the medication is as follows, 4 ativan, 3 Oxycodone, which is completely normal. I also spoke to someone who came in for a follow up who knows you said they spoke to you about your unhappiness, as they are a previous patient, and said they never saw you wearing your wrap, they brought this conversation up, not me. Which leads me to believe when we remove 1800CC of fat from someone, its nearly impossible not to see a change, so i am assuming there is a lot of inflammation, and swelling, which can take months to settle without proper care. Also, it clearly states, myself , and Mark make clear. It can take up to 3 months before results are seen. Out process is an 8 month process, you lose weight for that long with our procedure. If in 8 months there no difference, sure i will look into that with proven at home care , which is 50% of the results (diet, rest, wrapping, exercise as any lipo institution will inform you. Unfortunately now though with the threat of legal action against me, and my company. I will no longer be allowed to communicate through you, my staff, or physicians. Threatening legal action is a serious matter and we will await your attorneys letter, We have very accurate medical charts that show what we did and what happened. Also we do not allow friends or family in the room, at your request they can "visit" during the process, but for a sterile environment, safety, and privacy we do not allow "spectators". Also the chart is noted, myself and the assistant recorded that you got off the table, dressed, and walked out very easily from the room with very mild effects from the medication. So to assume we drugged you to "unconsciousness" would be false. Our malpractice insurance is with Mag mutual. for your attorney. Thanks you, hope your having a great weekend Ryan Branham President First off Ryan no one can see what's under my clothes as I wear my cinched under my clothes not on top as well as been going to a personal trainer and meal preps so please do not try to turn this horrible situation around. Just like I have the recorded Dr visit with Dr Belt stating the procedure didn't take I have the same recorded conversation when I called the following day asking for the rest of my pain meds and being told they were all used but he could write me another prescription..... I have reached our to several of potential customers and shared my results and I will continue to do so and I will do what I need to get my money back. During both of your follow ups with us, neither visit you had your wrap on, i record that after every followup appointment if the patient was seen with it on. We send every patient home with the pain medication they are prescribed, we dispose of the ativan for safety reasons. Please feel free to reach out to anyone you choose, as we have hundreds of patients with amazing results. Thank you.

She frequently interrupted and spoke over me, and one occasion talked at length about her own teenage child that was unrelated to my own care plan. Eczema & problem skin were attributed to "lack of control," rather than discussed as medical condition & symptoms requiring treatment. In contrast, I have seen 2 other physicians at Columbia Skin Clinic and both have been exceptional. Having Dr. Paysinger do my septoplasty and turbinate reduction was the worst decision of my adult…read morelife. During my initial appointment, he brushed off my question about whether the surgery would affect the outward appearance of my nose, acted like it was the stupidest question a patient had ever asked, and assured me that he had done many of these surgeries and never had a problem. I went through with the surgery. After the surgery, Dr. Paysinger was dismissive of my pain and discomfort. After the surgery, my nose collapsed. I immediately went to an ENT/Plastic Surgeon, who informed me that I had a saddle nose deformity, which was caused by overresection of cartilage during my septoplasty. In other words, Dr. Paysinger apparently cut out too much cartilage during the surgery. The middle of my nose was now collapsed and I had minimal airflow through either nostril. I was worse off than before my surgery. I spent months fighting my insurer to cover the revision surgery, and finally BCBS got the opinion of an outside plastic surgeon during their review of my claims denial. That surgeon agreed that my septoplasty was the cause of my problems and that this complication was one that was medically necessary to fix. My plastic surgeon had to cut out a significant portion of rib cartilage (since there was no nose cartilage left) and essentially rebuilt my nose and redid my septoplasty. He did an excellent job considering what he was starting with. But my nose and face will never, ever be the same. Plus, I spent thousands of dollars now in out of pocket expenses and had to go into significant debt to get the revision surgery. During my fight with the insurance company, I requested my records from Dr. Paysinger. There was a section that listed all of the warnings, complications, and side effects that Dr. Paysinger noted he advised me of. These were absolute lies. He never advised me of any potential complications and treated my questions about complications as if they were stupid and naive. I have a lot of respect for medical professionals, and I understand that complications happen sometimes. But it appears this was avoidable. Certainly, at a minimum, he should have advised me that this was a potential complication. It is horrendous that he treats his patients the way that he does. I regret my decision to go with Dr. Paysinger every single day. And I'm still climbing out of the debt that he put me in to fix his screw up.
