He had such a resume I had to check this guy out and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nathoo extracted a lipoma from the side of my head that was literally the side of a quarter if not bigger. I have to be honest I was kinda worried that I would have a nasty looking scar considering its size and it's location which was right below my hairline on the side of my head. It literally looked like an egg on the side of my hairline right above my temple area and was very noticeable in any photo that was taken of me. Dr. Rajiv Nathoo came into the exam room, took a look at it, touched it a few times and said with total confidence, " yeah, it shouldn't be a problem at all ". All I was thinking was there was no way I was going to get out of this without a serious scar because if it's size. I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.
