For me what truly matters is the customer service and actual wax job itself. For Becca, she really is a nice person. I met her through a wax studio she used to work at. Even at that location, I had a liking towards her specifically because she was genuine. When you're being waxed it's very easy to feel shy, insecure and like you're being judged. Becca was great about what she was doing, preparing me if it would hurt, or educating me on upkeep. Never did I feel like she was judging, she kept good communication that was cool, sweet and nice. As for the hair removal service she was awesome. She uses a good quality wax, I've never been burned. No tracks of dried residue. She goes back and tweezes!! Some places do this and others don't, and she's absolutely comfortable to making you super duper hairless if you choose. The best part about Becca: CONVENIENCE. She comes to your home. She's on time and works with your schedule.
