Could have been sooner, had she been more prompt. While I was not very thrilled about her lack of communication, I was happy to finally just get booked. I had high hopes with the outcome of my hair. Anticipating for months. But I'm pretty disappointed with how my hair turned out and the customer service received. If I could give Hannah no stars I would. The only reason I give two stars at all is because I like the salon and some of the gals. It's a great salon. They have lots of services. But this experience was a huge turn off. I won't be going back to Hannah.

Eventually I was able to get in touch with Hannah but she never got back with anything. My friend who's wedding is coming up was able to get in touch with her at all. One of the bridesmaids also reached out to her on IG to see if she could schedule something, she read the message but never responded. The brides mom also made and attempt but nothing. I give an extra star because it looks like she does good hair, but professionally doesn't cut it. Not a good look for the business.

I received a text the day before in the even saying an error on their part can I do 1pm. Replied back no and my appoint was canceled. I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day. I will take my business elsewhere and let it be known about the customer service.

It sounded like they were using some expired product or something along those lines, and that this person who was to do my eyelashes was inexperienced. When I tried to tell the technician I changed my mind about the appointment, the owner came out and convinced me to go through even though I wanted to cancel. That was a big mistake. She ended up performing the eyelash lift without asking if I had any contacts in, which I did, and I ended up getting a chemical burn on my eye balls and had a severe allergic reaction to the products used. When the technician was doing the eye brow wax she also kept going over the same spots over and over again which was very painful. She almost didn't even do the lip wax that I paid for, and I had to remind her. I ended up needing to go to urgent care 2 times and luckily my vision was not affected although I had a blood vessel burst in my eye which filled my eyeball with blood and had scabby painful eyebrows for the next 2-3 weeks. Terrible terrible experience. At least the owner refunded my money, but I would recommend going somewhere else.
