When I called they were accommodating and scheduled appointments for us. When we got there we completed forms on a tablet that also asked where we did not want to be touched. The actual massage itself was fine, however my feet didn't get touched at all and I didn't specify on the form not to touch my feet. So that was a disappointment. The pressure was okay despite requesting more pressure. The overall massage was fine but I've had better. All of the staff were nice, so there's no complaints there. The regional trainer then called me personally and simply told me, "We canceled your membership." There was no real conversation, no checking to see if I was okay, and no follow-up regarding how the situation affected me. I also have not heard back from corporate since reporting the incident. Considering the seriousness of my complaint, I expected at the very least some type of follow-up, concern for my well-being, or acknowledgment of what happened. The entire experience, including how everything was handled afterward, was extremely disappointing. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
