My issue with this location is that they're always behind. Expect to go in 30 minutes after your appointment that will only take 5 minutes. The front desk staff are friendly and always very smiley but don't always know what they're doing. I got in for my 3:15 appt at 3:10, a guy came in for his 3:45 appt. At 3:30 he was roomed. I asked the front desk and she said I had to do an intake form. Alyssa, the other front desk staff who had just sat down, is shaking her head while looking at the other front desk lady's screen. This was not my first or second time here. So she takes me into a room and tells me to be on my phone so I can answer their call to do the intake. 10 minutes later, no call. Front desk staff comes in again and ASKS FOR MY NAME. Then she said oh it's because your appt is at 3:30. No, it was 3:15. Then she brings me to another room and says to wait for the nurse.... No intake done. I didn't complain in the past because I understand them running behind. But this time, it seemed like the nurses were actually on schedule seeing as how they roomed the 3:45 patient at 3:30.

They also had my insulated cup i left 6 weeks ago. Heroes :P My other esthetician was great too. Heather? The machine did crap out for a few minutes but it got back up and running. I've done 3 treatments for my upper lip. After 2 its been decreased but still present. Hoping this 3rd treatments more effective. There's been a slight decrease on the tough spot for my brazilian. So we shall see how my last treatment goes. The process of hair removal sucks because they say no sun exposure 1-2 weeks before and 1 week after. BUT I'M A SUN and SHORTS GIRL. so i couldn't exactly do the laser when i had vacations, travel, and competitions where my body was exposed. So it made it really hard to plan my appointments. PS its chilly in treatment rooms for me so I make sure to wear a sweater haha I also wish they'd give me a little bit of their ointment/gel to take home the first day. They give it to you after treatment but would want a lil to use after my shower before bed
