After a one on one consultation, it was clear that Lauren could see my vision for the shop. There is something to be said for working directly with your designer, especially when you are investing so much of yourself into a project. I believe that Lauren Brown was excited for the concept I was working on and totally poured herself into the design of my logo. After seeing what Lauren put together for me, I hired her to do all of my branding. My shop is only a couple of months old now and doing well. I have to give Lauren some credit for our initial success. Our logo and branding very effectively communicates who we are and attracts our target market. My inspiration for taking time to write this comes from a compliment paid to me by a customer. They first asked who had done the design and then went on to say that they were also a graphic designer ( he shared his portfolio with me and it was impressive). This guy then admitted that he is usually quite critical when it comes to logos and branding and finds most people get it wrong. But, he said, in this case, he couldn't find a single thing he'd do differently!

They always try to find ways to print our jobs in a manner that is cost-effective. Recently, I was having problems with a logo. For very little cost, they fixed the logo so that it will not only work properly on the envelopes I needed but also for future projects, like a truck wrap. They helped me through my frustrations and found a way to make it work. I highly recommend this and the Bryn Mawr office, which I have also used in the past, to anyone who has print jobs that they want printed quickly but correctly, and at a reasonable cost.

In 2011, I had the opportunity to work with Justin on a high end wedding in West Chester. It was honestly a huge shock to me. This man was prepared, non-obstructive, non blinding and was using great gear. Even better was that he was professional, fun, and friendly and extremely easy to work with. Justin and I networked a lot together over the last 7 years and it was apparent that his qualities were also reflected by his staff. When it came time for my own wedding and it was decided that we were going to have a videographer, this was an easy choice for my wife and I. Even though we wanted Justin personally, we were a little too late but luckily his staff was available. I had worked with them before and had no worries especially after we discussed what we were looking for. The day of the wedding, my videographer team was on time, friendly and helpful. We cooperated with them in getting the footage they needed and they made their job seem effortless at the wedding. They did not interfere with guests, they did their thing, and the end product was great. It was not long before a trailer was made available and turn around time on the actual video was quick. Sadly, we had to delete some scenes from our video as we had wedding crashers but Justin and his staff made quick work of that fix. The wedding industry is truly an industry where you get what you pay for and these guys are on point and top of the game. Work with them and your memories will be preserved for a lifetime. The best part of watching the end product is seeing how much you missed on your wedding day as it's so hectic. My family and I were smiling and laughing the whole time!

I provided all…read moreof the information needed to get a quote from every other sign company that produces sign panels. He said he would have to come out and measure the sign and asked several other questions entirely irrelevant to the cost of producing a sign panel (e.g. questions about the ballast and how new the wiring is - all completely unnecessary for pricing a panel). I can only assume he was attempting to upsell me to an entirely new sign, because none of that information is required to replace a panel. He refused to provide an estimate without this information and arrogantly said "I don't think we're going to be able to help you." Pompous and condescending. Would definitely avoid this company.
