They repeatedly called outside of the times I provided, dragged out the audit far longer than necessary, and then refused to share basic findings unless I created a PowerPoint for them. Even worse, they were not willing to meet during the availability windows I clearly outlined. I work with agencies every day and have never seen a process handled this poorly. Total waste of time. When we asked for the other deliverables and asked to pause the contract to make sure we could review the first month of work they became defensive, forced us to pay for another month with their 30-day cancellation policy but refused to deliver any of the promised work. They are much more interested in getting all they can from clients than delivering on their promises. Avoid at all costs.

I was interested in developing the backend/SEO side of my site and mentioned this several times in the phone call as well as the return email.
