I love the clothes and I love the service. I have never had a problem with anyone at this store. I've been to my share of BR's and this one's staff is truly top notch. They carry themselves with such class and are SO helpful. You would think, you were in a high-end boutique, not a chain store that you can find in a mall. After stopping in this location several times, I can confidently state that the staff do not wait for you to ask them for help. The absent-minded teen is not employed here. I have never seen a staff member using a personal cell phone or displaying similar unprofessional behaviors. I like the clothes at BR a lot. I love how attentive and professional the salespeople are. For example, they will start a dressing room so you're not lugging your potential purchases through the store. However, they are not intrusive or overly chatty. They were also really good about bringing other sizes to the dressing room and checking other stores for desired items. This shopping experience is well-suited for busy men and women who do not want to be slowed down by inept cashiers and the like.

Not quite sure if it is that I feel like I finally got my shot on Wheel of Fortune or if it is because you never know what deal you will land on. Hell, perhaps it is the guy who narrates the whole spinning process atop a stage with a wireless mic. (Actually, now that I've taken the time to sit down and write it all out, it's definitely the narrator guy. Hands down.) Okay, prize wheel aside, Shoe Carnival has a decent selection of shoes. They offer heels, sandals, flip flops, boots and sneakers for women- and have an equally large men's selection. You can also get really good deals here even if the prize wheel man isn't working that day. I've gone in here quite a few times only to be heart broken when I saw his podium empty. *single tear* The staff has always been helpful and friendly. As an added bonus, shoe carnival carries sizes up to a 12 for gals. Which is nice when you have big feet. It is such a chore finding shoes to fit these mammoths.
