This was my first time visiting the store and I must say that it is really nice! They have everything neatly organized and displayed that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The men, women, and children's selections are great. Plus, if they don't have what you are looking for in store they are willing to order them for you. The service was great as well. Love my New Balance shoes! I had been buying shoes from Rack Room or Amazon for a long time. I started walking as my main form of exercise a couple years ago. I soon was walking through shoes every 90-100 days before I came here. They were NB walking shoes I was using, but for some reason they would not hold up and quickly became painful to wear after about 350 miles in them. They were model 608v5. The first time I visited the NB store they put me on a machine that measured my foot and stance and suggested the shoe that I should use. That's pretty cool! I ended up getting 840v4 and man what a game changer! These shoes are fantastic!!! I am now on my second pair after the first pair lasted 7 months and at least 1200 miles in them! It turns out that even though the 840's were twice the price I found them TOTALLY WORTH IT! My feet have never felt so good! Do yourself a favor and get some good shoes! If not here, from somewhere... I will continue to come here myself! read more

I came to return an online order. I was greeted upon entry and invited to the counter. The young lady completed my return quick and easy. The store is small and nice displays for shoes and clothing. You have room to move about. I like New Balance because their shoes are sturdy/firm base which is better for my feet than the foam based shoes. I bought two pair online but returned a pair that are too big. I thought the price was reasonable for both pair. read more

I called the New Balance store Sunday night and they said they had plenty of 574 in a size 13 so I was like I'll see you tomorrow! I went in there the following day and the guy went into back and said we don't have any 574's in a size 13! I was like I just got off the phone last night saying that yall had plenty of them! They had the product I needed in stock and the clerk was very helpful ... the only reason they are getting one star. I asked the item be shipped , since I saw another packing going out for shipping. The manager acted like he was me a favor to ship but also acted like it was a hassle... yet they were shipping other items. I guess he doesn't understand I paid taxes , paid for shipping and the shipping takes one week. Zappos would have gotten them there in 2 days, no tax, and feee shipping ! Management must not understand I did him a favor by purchasing local and not using a third party shipper etc. with the low volume of traffic flow in your store and you less than stellar sales attitude, I doubt you'll be open long. Hopefully someone else will hire that sweet clerk ! read more

So no long story this time. Guys in shop are good and professional and will give you advice as well as check to make sure you are getting the right type of shoe that you need. They have computer that will check to see where you balance all your weight in addition to what type of arch support you will need. New Balance is not cheap, but they are good shoes and last longer than other shoe brands I have bought ( I am very hard on my shoes). read more

I came in to exchange some shoes. I had bought them this past summer and hadn't put too many miles in them but they were both coming apart in the pinky toe area. I came in, showed my receipt, and explained the situation. I did more talking than they did! Lol! Before I knew it they had a new pair at the counter and were processing the exchange! Clearly the employees work on commission and if you don't move to a sale quickly they just turn and walk away. General Manager, Tom Jones was so very patient and helpful when I was trying to find shoes to accommodate a new brace. I tried several shoes and walked around the store until I felt comfortable. He did not make me feel rushed or give up on me. Fantastic customer service! Bought an expensive pair of shoes and inserts in April and the toe cap started to separate from the shoe. I took them in thinking they would say "sorry, nothing we can do". Nope! They gave me a brand new pair without any questions or charges.
