She continued standing over us the remaining time we were there and asked once more if we were finished yet. We finally left at 5:39, and all the dang doors were locked except one door. They were telling everyone who entered through the one unlocked door that they were trying to close. I'm sure they locked it behind us when we left 21 minutes before closing. So rude! Never again!

Talk about a PERSONALIZED experience. I explained my problem to him. JM looked at the boots I had on and immediately identified some issues. He brought my another pair in a different size just to see the fit. He then offered a half size.
