They warn you that you can only set up your decorations 15 minutes before the party. The room was empty so I started setting up a few minutes earlier than that thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. One of the female staff members came in with an aggressive tone and informed us we would be charged another half hour for setting up too soon. We don't argue and just said okay and sorry. Looking back, I am still shocked by the unnecessary tone and demeanor for setting up 5 mins early. Don't be in customer service if you don't have people skills. On top of that, the ceiling began to leak in two spots so they had to bring in buckets to catch the water. This was right in front of our photo backdrop so it was a bit embarrassing. After we expressed our frustrations, they comped the extra 30 mins they had tacked on. I guess at least they did something. I'll go back to play there but I'm not going to book a party again.

There was an announcer for the game, but inconsistent music. There's a lot of seating inside and no seat is a bad one. I believe there are no heaters, or they are not functioning, because the stands were cold. There is a concession stand that isn't consistently open, but when it is, the prices are moderate to expensive. Just a shade higher than normal. Better to bring your own snacks. Another complaint is the officiating is severely questionable for visitors. After watching several games, it's notable that the home team has not been called for blatant offsides as well as not taking many penalties. In all the games I have seen here, the home team has tagged a majority of their goals off the power play. I know that referees are human, so I can't blame them for mistakes, however it is a huge coincidence that whether it is "our" team or another team, the statistics are similar against the home team. I can't take away from the home team, as they are good players with good coaches. I don't live in the area, so it is doubtful that I would come here unless there was a game or tourney. I will say that this is your average space, nothing that stands out, but worth a check if you're looking to get on the ice.

Upon entering into the rink area to the right in an area to purchase skates and/or skate accessories and next to that is the concessions. Just a couple of steps from the concessions is the washrooms. Then coming back there are tables and just past those is the right. Dj booth is in the front as well. Going straight through the door there are games and moving past those is the prize area and skate rental area. The beverages are over $3.00 and some change each, but they sell the pitcher for a little over $6.00. They offer pizza and snacks as well. We ordered the nachos and fries. The nachos which were good, but those fries, they were so good. This group rented the whole place to enjoy their birthday and is was very nice. Employees were both very kind and fast. Coach Dennis is doing a great job of keeping our families up-to-date with options and we were super excited to see Coach John and Coach Vince back on the ice! If you're looking for coaches who remember your kids names and individualize their progress and assessment... this is the place. From a cost standpoint, this club is a little more expensive than some in neighboring towns, but the facilities and coaches are worth the added expense. For those concerned about COVID protocol, all the coaches wear masks on the ice and there is no player contact for the squirt and mite skill sessions. Right now, there's no in-house league, which is understandable, but sad. We hope that there will be progress toward that end in the future. I highly recommend this arena, especially for your youngsters just starting out.
