Here for granddaughters birthday
Suzanne S.

Be prepared to pay for every single thing you need at this venue. We are grandparents and we came to our granddaughters skating for her birthday. They made us pay $10 just to sit and watch our one year-old granddaughter. So the parents could help the other two kids (ages 3 & 6) skate. They make you pay for skates and for the little walker for the kids. Next, I went up to ask for a water for the one year old baby and they wouldn't even give me a little cup of water for free. They said they have a drinking fountain over by the pump machine. Well a one-year-old cannot drink out of a drinking fountain I need to just a little cup of water. This place just wants you to pay for everything. Unless you have a lot of money to burn I would not recommend coming here. If you have older kids and you drop them off to skate that's one thing. But it's really expensive to charge grandparents $10 to just babysit their grandchild that's just ridiculous.

The prizes are such a ripoff I paid 20 bucks for an alien toy the size of my hand and one of the staff yelled at a friend of mine for helping me pick what to get from the prize station

They were very sweet and the girls enjoyed the laser tag. It's a great place for big groups.

My daughter gets better every weekend and I have a blast with my 80's flashbacks as I also skate! Such fun! Oh I need to mention the food as well, not terrible expensive and actually pretty darn good. We will continue to go because we love a great time! Aloha

The rink itself is badly maintained and the wheels of their skates catch repeatedly on the dented, cracked wood. Every member of staff we interacted with, from the woman who manages the place to the guy renting skates and the girl serving food, was so rude and indifferent. The floor and tables were filthy as if they'd never washed, pizza was dry and gross, and it was just overall a lousy experience. You also can't pay with anything but cash. This place has outlived its nostalgia value and really needs either a full overhaul or to be shut down. My daughter wants her own skate party this year and we're driving down to Austin instead. I'd never recommend Wheels for parties or even a casual skate, it's just dreadful and unpleasant inside with the smell and age, like it was frozen in the 90s.

It made it a very practical choice for a group where everyone wanted to do something different. We went for a birthday party and had a great time. The arcade is medium sized but still has enough variety to keep the kids entertained. The skating rink is spacious, so you're not constantly bumping into people. We also tried the pizza and it hit the spot while we were there. Overall, it's an easy, family friendly place to go when you want something that works for both adults and children and keeps everyone busy. Definitely a solid option for a fun outing.

Add a little kid I love skating and watching adult skate in the streets and I wanted to do that but I always have protective parents so we were only allowed to ride on the street never in the street. A few years ago, I had a surgery on my knee due to a torn meniscus, and I have been desiring to go skating, but life has taken a course where I never made time however, this valentines, and anniversary weekend we decided to go skating. I had such a blast and I realize I really enjoy skating. Although there was a little discomfort in my leg from all the work of going around till midnight on adult night, which is Tuesday and Saturday nights from 9 to 12 PM and it was about $33 for two people with skate rentals. I brought my own skates however the skates that they have are quite nice for rent. I had o much fun watching everyone just smile and enjoy themselves. The staff was quite friendly, the DJ got better as the night got later, and we didn't get a chance to explore the whole new side. We are definitely looking forward to going back again with some other adult friends and experience the whole facility.

I haven't been here in many years as to when I used to play inline hockey. As of now there is no more hockey and they only offer public skating and figure skating. There is ample parking provided in the parking lot and getting in and skating is as easy as 1,2 and 3! I came here for my kids PTA school event and we all had a good time. Pricing is fair and the ambiance was on point with the different colors of bright led lights being displayed. The skating rink was clean and the DJ was playing appropriate music for all ages. They have a food court and games to play as well and also a small store to purchase skating equipment such as wheels or laces. The restrooms were clean and they have signs posted that it is highly recommended to take off skates before using the restroom. They also have roller blades to rent out as well as the typical old school roller skates. They offer monthly unlimited membership skating as well as events and birthday partys. Come out and enjoy the largest skating rink in TX and take advantage of one of these great deals they have for the community. Overall we had a great time and I definitely noticed all the renovations they updated and was blown away from when I first visited 25 years ago!

When me & my little brother & my mom went there the first time. I thought we were going to have a…read moregood time having fun in this place, but I was partially wrong. For starters, some of the games here were expensive like 3 or more dollars to play. Like for the Daytona USA game, it costs $3.05 for one play. Which isn't enough since mostly people don't properly know how to play this game. Plus there are screen burns in two of the Daytona USA machines that you may see without having to look closely. The pricing of the racing game is the same as The House of The Dead: Scarlet Dawn, which is $3.05 & only gives you one play. Basically there are weapons you can choose when you start the game, which you can choose the ones that are useful or useless, which I think basically is what make this game expensive. But that doesn't mean you only get one play because of the weapons you can select, it's about the pricing of the game that only gives you one try. I would recommend lowering the price down in order for people to have more fun with the gameplay. I'm not really sure for the rest of the pricing of all the arcades, but I just recommend the owner dropping the prices of the machines. Since I'm done with the price thing, let's move on with the quality of the arcade machines. For the confidential mission one. The quality & the screen is great, but the guncon just doesn't seem to work properly. The Aim shown in the screen shakes violently even though you're holding the gun calmly. For the Star Wars arcade racer game, the screen isn't properly lit up & you can barely see what you're doing & where you're going. The rest is fine. For the house of the dead 4, the screen isn't lit up properly & the guncon barely works. The rest is fine. For my overall response, I did like this place a bit, but I just recommend fixing some troubleshooting from some arcade games, decrease the price of each play, & increase the quality of some arcade games. Response to owner: Thanks for reading my comment & responding to it. I don't think I may be able to go there at the weekdays since I rarely go there, but thanks for reading my comment & making sure to fix any troubleshooting machines. Will come more excited next time.
