The employees are pleasant and it appears they are always cleaning. There are a couple of rough spots on the rink, but they aren't a problem, just a surprise if you're unaware. Remember, this is an older building, so some things are expected. The only problem I had were kids shooting around like uncontrolled rockets, oblivious to other skaters and not caring when they've knocked anyone down. But, where you have kids, you'll have these problems. It's not the fault of the business. I'm sure it's better in the evenings when more teenagers are there. I will continue skating here. I just bought my own skates and am ready for fun.

No safety, someone got ankle injury, staff never helped. Someone on wheelchair, didn't at least go to a nursing area for checkups. Never taught people how to skate, my friend almost broke his ankle. Community, very rude, for a field trip. That's some crap right there. But, I saw staff bring out dog to play, and I like the dog, that's really the reason why I gave it only a 1 star, I was gonna do 0 star without the dog. Food overpriced, that's "scandalism", dusty areas, didn't get to play arcades, safety overall bad, people slammed into the walls. Only dog I liked. No amenities, no food, bit fun, no safety. That's it really.

Unfortunately, they don't regularly sharpen their rental skates and, thus, even after having the staff use a professional sharpener on the blades, they were beyond saving. I tried 4 different pairs in my size but I was not able to get a pair where I felt like I could safely propel myself forward without sliding on top of the ice. Im leaving two stars - because the staff at least tried to help out by sharpening the blades. Unfortunately, since the the blades had been so poorly maintained, this didn't help much at all. I ended up skating one lap and then leaving because I felt unsafe (like it was a matter of time before I'd fall). I will say that the ice was relatively well-maintained for the one lap I skated. Better than I was expected based on prior reviews. Overall - terrible rental skates that are beyond repair. Sadly, a waste of $16.

The place is under staffed, out dated and probably the worse rink I have been to in regards to the chaos. There isn't any one on the rink floor to control the flow of the skaters. If there are kids kicking and fighting and running through the rink they should be made to leave after multiple requests to stop. The muffled DJ with his blown speakers trying to give safety advisories is a joke. The music is way too inappropriate and this is the crowd they are attracting. Teens in the corner acting suspicious.
