Miss deadlines, do not return calls or answer emails, high fees, give incorrect information, when they do answer the phone, they yield on the phone or shift the blame to the customer for their errors. I had to pay penalties for underpayment which was in retrospect clearly their fault as the right documentation was provided. So i was referred to SK Enterprises from a family friend who have used SK Enterprises in the past for their business. Upon arrival, I asked to meet with Sajjad Khan and I waited 5-10 minutes upon meeting him. After he came out of his office, we went back to his office to consult about the issues we were facing. Beforehand, I explained to Mr. Sajjad Khan about I came end of last year for another issue I've had. Upon mentioning that he got super agitated about how I wasted his "precious" time. He continued on ranting about how the sub-continent community have so sense of time? yada yada. I was just listening to him continue ranting about the issues. If he wouldn't want me as a client he could've politely declined. But he made sure to be-little and humiliate me about the issues I'am facing. After this incident, I would question their capabilities and professionalism. And yes, I would not waste their "precious" time. Utterly incompetent.These guys take the cake for being the worst customer service. They don't reply to emails. Only way to get hold is calling them and even then they will say they will get back but won't. Have happened numerous times. Utter disrespect for customers, after taking the money! All they care for is charging you. Don't have an ounce of self respect to to not waste paying customers time. Was a customer for 4 years and has been a tiring process to work with them. I give 5 star for the professionalism in their work. I was referred to Sk enterprises by one of my friend. I was very convinced the way I had to schedule an appointment, send all documents, review them in the meeting, everything is very professional. The only problem I had is I worked with them from Connecticut and it is very tough to get hold of these guys to know the status of your tax returns, ask any questions. They should have a better communication with the customers. In my case this is the first time I worked with Sk and I think I have a right to be worried if I don't hear back them from for a month after sending all my personal information. extremely horrible experience. called them and emailed them multiple times, they dont respond. takes on average 4-5 calls before you reach someone, Umair never comes on line, every time they give is bunch of lies, i have been told 5 times your taxes are ready , we will send you before end of week, its been 2 months doing this and yet i dont have my taxes done. submitted entire paperwork by 3/17/22 and yet we are into end of june 2022 and yet nothing back. i got penalized by IRS twice due to their mistake, once they forgot to file extension, another time they missed reporting income. and this is not the first time, been have same experience since more than 2 yrs now. impossible to get hold of anyone and getting timely job done. all i get is lies and lies and attitude in spite them being at fault. shocked and disgusted with their service. cant imagine how they can justify such poor service and incompetency and rudeness. read more
