Wasted my time. I attended an interview and found the interviewer to be very condescending and dismissive of my experience. Throughout the interview, I remained respectful and professional, but I felt that my qualifications and work history were judged unfairly rather than evaluated objectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. My opinion has nothing to do with not receiving the job I simply didn't feel I was treated with the professionalism and respect that candidates deserve. I am giving three starts for the reason they got me in on Friday afternoon within 30'minutes and solved my problem quickly. I needed to amend my tax return. All in all that was fine. I was told it would be ready after 3 on Monday. I called and was told that I would get a call back. It is now Thursday and never got a call back. I got my return amended elsewhere. Everyone was nice however I find it not great business practice when not following up with a client. read more

When my taxes were done the totals were wrong . Also, these "professionals" switched my home address with my work address and all of tax information went to my job, and they were not happy about that. When I did reach out to "the professionals" and ask them to correct this....they did not. Would never reccommend. read more

Previous accountant, amazing now merged with Tushar, a huge disappointment. Tushar and tax professionals care nothing about accountability nor client satisfaction. 1. Communication with Tushar was next to impossible. 2. Follow up was not a concern 3. I asked to pay what I owe to federal and to receive Ca refund electronically, and followed with email of banking info per request 3. Again no followup, but after some prodding I received an email that taxes were completed and that I would be receiving my refund via direct deposit to my account, but that I would have to MAIL in my payment to irs. 4. Things got really fun at after this. The response after asking why I would need to mail in my payment, was that I should have expressed that and somehow I did not do something on my end, therefore I would have to mail in my payment. I expressed that's what I did and simply followed instructions and provided what was needed. Seemed weird that I was receiving money electronically but the payment was not being sent electronically. Fine, I mailed in my payment. 5. A month later no refund and I find out from the state hours later it was mailed to the wrong address :) this is of course after 2 emails to tax professional and getting the run around from the office 6. I inquire what happened, why was I told it would be directly deposited and that the states telling me it was mailed of which is to the incorrect address. 7. Response is hysterical, a form was provided on how to change the address with IRS. Deeply disappointed, paid more money for subpar service. I realize there may be many clients but I'm disturbed that my bank info was emailed and nothing was done with it. Also disturbed by the significant lack of communication. They received prompt payment once I was told it was prepared but did not do what they said they would do. Do NOT trust this company. If you were a client of Bobby, you will be sorely disappointed. I have gone to Tax Professionals for 2 years now to get my taxes done and I am very pleased with the work they do. Right in the heart of Bixby, just around the corner LB Credit Union, Citibank, Farmers and Chase. This is a highly professional CPA firm, without all of the gimmicks and advertising of the larger well-known firms who pass the costs of all that hype onto the consumer. I went to one of those firms and for a simple sole proprietor business like mine they were about to charge me triple of what the team at Tax Professionals charged for the same work! Tushar, the CPA is personable and a wealth of knowledge on tax and business matters. He has saved me a lot of money! The rest of the staff is friendly and attentive and I noticed that a couple of them are completely fluent in Spanish, which should be helpful to many of their clients in the area. Aside from that, plenty of free parking and they're open up until 7pm and on Saturdays during tax season. This seems to be the go-to tax place for local Long Beach area people and businesses for taxes. I highly recommend you call them, at least for an estimate and you'll see why they have so many loyal customers. read more
