If I'm gonna pay nearly a thousand dollars, out of pocket then I might as well buy new hearing aids with a three year warranty. I went to Costco and ordered a brand new set of hearing aids for $1399, with a 3 year warranty and NO charge for office visits.

While I requested to reschedule it to day before because of heavy storm , they denied my request and forced me to come just at the date of appointment . While I was driving, I got a phone call from them saying that they had outage and they can't serve me. I mentioned it to them and if they could have listened to me and change the appointment to day before , I would have time myself to do my own business. And I asked the manager to call me and when she called I asked I will record it because I use caption and she said she doesn't consent to recording and hang up and called police and they kicked me out. No respect and no feeling. It is real sad to say that I hated this service and it would be my last time at this location. The one on Evanston was very nice and respectful. I just had to come to Parkridge because the Evanston office didn't have appointments available
