There's no solution for the customer as they are waiting for someone to come and clean the place. Apparently no one else can pick up a broomor a little sweeper or supply some toilet paper. Total dependence on the cleaner man that may not even be on the clock. I have never seen this place so dirty and I stopped by all the time. Supervisor need to check on them.

It costs $1 to have this convenience, but to me, it's worth it to have the machine do it for me instead of trying to run around with the pressure thing and unevenly fill up my tires with air in subzero temperatures (tires always pick the coldest day...). If you're good at the whole tire thing, you can get free air by asking inside for them to turn it on for you.

This place, like most filling stations, charges 10 cents more per gallon for credit than if you pay cash. Kinda' like penalizing your most consistent customers. What's THAT about? In finding Frank, we also decided to fill up at the station (Shell) and now won't be going anywhere else b/c they pump the gas (what a luxury for the winter!) and the prices are the same as other nearby stations. I brought in two tanks to be filled, and right away, things went south when I got back to my house. Both tanks were hissing and popping - extremely dangerous. When we brought them back and I brought it to their attention, the young kid admitted he'd overfilled them because he was "busy." Then, an older guy came out and started arguing that it was a bad valve, even though the tanks were perfectly fine before we brought them in. Instead of fixing their mistake, they strong-armed us into buying a whole new tank at full price! No discount, no apology, just terrible customer service and a dangerous situation. Avoid this place if you value your safety and your wallet. It's too bad because we give them business every single month. We will be moving on from them.
