Let me start with saying I am from Delhi and dal tadka is a staple in our cuisine. This did not disappoint! It was such a yummy hearty meal, the daal was filled with flavor and aroma. Jeera rice was also very good and the salad on the side was just the cherry on top! They also gave us compliments kheer which was so sweet of them and very tasty. I loved that the onions and chilli were seasoned. This is a TRUE AUTHENTIC Indian restaurant, and will tell everyone I know to give this place a try. Service: phenomena. I picked up a large order for my office and arrived a few minutes earlier than what they quoted over the phone, so I got the chance to speak with one of the owners, who was overseeing operations. He and his wife are so kind and welcoming, making sure I had a great experience. Their son runs the operations and has a wonderful system for door-dash and traditional pickup.
