A nice think ribeye, perfect marbling but they also got the medium rare exactly as it should be, with an incredible char on the outside. I would fly back to Puerto Rico just to have this steak again. The owner was going from table to table and spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the name and history of the restaurant. It turns out they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really enjoyed it and almost went back for breakfast one day but just didn't have the time. Just a note, it's local in a retail strip center and could be deceiving but believe me it's worth a second look. I know you'll enjoy it, and of course the food.
