Me and the kids had the salad bar. Maria our waitess kept a steady flow of drinks and kept the empty plates off our table. Definately one of our better experiences at Hesperia Sizzler. read more

My family & I went to celebrate my dad's birthday early. The food & service was excellent. The waiting time wasn't bad at all. We didn't even feel it. Araseli was very friendly & made sure everything was good. We'll be coming back! Thank you!!! read more

My wife and I met another couple at Sizzler. Danielle, our server, came by often to make sure we had everything we need. The food was great (as always). We also like the oldies music that wafts through the air. Keep up the good work! read more

What an experience! Rodger was our server and he made sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back again!

Carlos did a wonderful job serving us, food was good. Jesus loves you, He died for you, call to Him to save your soul.

Are go to restaurant for a group with all different appetites. Nice friendly people. Thelma was one of them.

I haven't been to a Sizzler in over 20 years since the one where I grew up went out of buisness. Needless to say, I got a hit of nostalgia from the decent-sized buffet to the little "doneness" stakes in my steak. This one was clean and the staff was very friendly, which in my understanding is a rarity for this chain. The server was always smiling, filled up our drinks quickly, and packed our food for us in to-go boxes. The food is a bit lower on the quality that it felt a bit on par with a fast-food style, but given the type of place this is, it easily scores 4 with me. My steak was juicy; cooked and seasoned correctly, the fluffy bread was heavenly, and the soups hit the spot. Food: 4 Service: 5 Ambiance: 4 Value: 3 TL;DR: Great for a Sizzler read more

I visited this location earlier in the week, on a week day. It wasn't crowded at all. My meal was great. The add on salad bar was excellent. Next time I'm gonna try just getting the salad bar. My main meal came out very quickly. My server was very nice and did an excellent job. Sizzler still adds a service charge to the check. I have mixed feelings about the service charge. If the food prices are lowered and the service charge is discontinued, I will visit Sizzler at least once each week. read more

Prime example of a nasty all you can eat buffet that we somehow always get lured into. After joking about Sizzlers we walked in just to see what they had. No idea they had a all you can eat "salad" bar at lunch. This so called salad bar had tacos, chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings, soups, desserts, ice cream, fruit you name it. I wouldn't call anything they served healthy or great for that matter. It was $9 per person which was fair and was set up nicely. Still it is your complete garbage food, some was ok when they brought it out fresh, we still stuffed ourselves but there is no way I would be back. The enterior is dated as are the waiters. Most of the people dining were seniors, to them this place seems to be the schizz-nit! read more

This place has always remained clean. Courteous Service. Fresh Salad. Simple buffet read more

Came for watermelon and got cantaloupe salad bar needed to be cleaned was kinda nasty

Sonia and Roger are excellent service and food delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant clean and good atmosphere.

Food was great! Came in on Sunday for lunch. Our waitress Sonia is very friendly and efficient.

I went to Sizzler with my friend and her granddaughter. Great service! Our server, Vilma, was very attentive while we visited and made sure we had what we needed. Vilma made sure our drinks were refilled if needed and since 2 of us had the salad bar, she got our used plates out of the way quickly. We were there for quite awhile and she did not try to rush us out of there. The food was delicious! The restaurant was clean and the salad bar stocked and fresh. read more

Visited the Mt.Vernon Sizzler on Friday night (August 30). As usual dinner was great! Our server Yeni gave her superb service as always. Continual checking and asking if we needed anything, my iced tea glass was never empty. Hats off to Savanna in the Salad Bar! I told her that the vegetable beef soup was low in MEAT. She quickly refreshed the meat and informed me so I could get some. And thank you Manager Melody, you run a GREAT crew. We had a very nice visit with you. read more

The best salad bar of any Sizzler for sure. Very friendly staff.Great chicken club.Sizzler Hesperia is the best .

We were happy to find Sizzler in our area. We got our usual senior salad bar, but was very surprised at the bill. $37.98, the last time we got the same thing it was $23.98, just before the pandemic. They also charged 3.5% surcharge for masks sanitize, which I understand but the increase in the price is ridiculous. As far as food it was ok, but the ice cream was horrible! read more

Came here and food still good! Just hate salad bar is gone!Overall still good food ordered a lot of food and it was great and waiters are cool read more

Have come here for months and getting to go orders. I am on a Keto diet and it's nice to be able to get a steak and veggies. Everything was great, food always cooked right. Price is pretty high. But what are you gonna do? But the last 3 times I have gone my steak was over cooked each time. So this time, tonight, I asked VERY nicely if they could make sure it wasn't over cooked. And I get home and get ready to eat and can't even cut my steak with a steak knife, it's so tough. It's like they gave me a giant piece of fat with barely any meat on it looks like it was already eaten off of, like the side of someone's steak they cut off. It's disgusting. I will never go back to this sizzler again. read more

Christmas dinner didn't start off auspiciously. There wasn't that much of a wait to order but there was some confusion about clearing a table for us and giving us the table. Those who seat you don't carefully track who is next. The salad bar is so good, really miss it. And Malibu Chicken, that I could make at home, tastes so much better at Sizzler. Always seem to order the same thing at Sizzler and really wish they still had Hawaii locations. read more

Great food. I always come for the steak with lobster. The baked potato is also a plus.

I want to start off by apologizing to, I believe, Kirsten? My husband, my son and I were in last night and I completely spaced on leaving a tip! If we lived in the area, I would come back. So sorry! But on to the review.. this was my first time at a Sizzler. I had way lesser expectations. I thought it was weird and uncomfortable that you have to order before being seating. And it's definitely pricey. We spent about $80 for two adults and a child. They did mess up twice on our order. But the food was good. I ordered a delicious rare ribeye. Worth the $21. The salad bar had great options, too. The place was very clean, but my husband did say the bathroom was disgusting. Overall, though, I would recommend Sizzler to other people, and if we lived in the area, we would come back. read more

Please remove your sign that says you honor veterans. 5% off of the cheapest dinner on your bill is flat out insulting. Didn't even take it off the veteran's meal. Just the cheapest. Then they have the nerve to count the small change out. I'm embarrassed for you, and it was insulting to everyone at the table. At least we got more than the 6 cents I saw other people got, but not by much. Shame on you, less than a dollar off an 80.00 bill. How is that an honor? The feeling was more of screw you. If the discount was on the entire bill, I might almost believe you. But what you are doing is a disgrace. read more

Pretty disappointed at this place lately. As a matter of fact, I told the manager everyone there should be fired, but one girl. Seating and the wait were what to be expected. Service sucked. Drinks don't come until you're half done with your salad. Then far and few between. May as well just tell them to cook your steak whatever way they want. That's how they'll cook it anyways. This last visit they brought out our entrees at different times, so 1 of us was about done eating while the other 2 were still waiting on a drink and their meals. Other than that, the place is clean and salad bar is nice. read more

We went to Sizzler for dinner with the In-Laws. My Father In-Law asked I if they give a Military discount they said they do. We were sitting eating our dinner when we noticed the receipt had a 0.06 cent discount for his military discount. He went up to the manager and asked about the discount. The manager said they give a 5% discount well 5% of our total bill would be $5.55. The manager did nothing about fixing the bill. My father In-Law gave them back the 0.06 cents because he was an insulted to any military person. It wasn't the money but the principle that they would I insult a Korea war veteran. My father In-Law was literally hurt and insulted! Sizzle contacted my In-Laws and apologized. They said they would send them a complimentary meal for them. I think that was very nice. They said they would bring this issue up at the next managers meeting. I just hope that this never happens to another Veteran. Again Thank You Sizzler Corporate. read more

Very confused by all the negative reviews. Place is spotless, managers are visible and competent and the cashiers and other staff are polite and helpful. Sirloin cuts and fried shrimp are always amazing and my personal fav the salad bar is fresh and always stocked. read more

It had been some time since I last visited a Sizzler I was hoping to like it. At first I thought it had a rather nice set arrangement. Not your traditional dine in restaurant. A little more modern with the bill coming before the meal. I thought it appropriate to try there salmon. 16 odd some dollars, I thought it may be comparable to Black Angus given its pricing. Sorry to say salmon was cold. What I found odd was the sauce was extremely hot. They comped my meal and made me sign a waiver with my name and contact number. Salad bar is amazing. I wouldn't recommend anything else. read more

The things that made this place great, are no more. The food is very cold. The waiters are super stressed & slow (15 minutes to get a drink & that waiter was loud/snobby). No more dinner rolls, salad bar is downgraded - no more drumsticks, no more desserts/bread pudding/apple crumble etc, the salad bar "hot food" is VERY cold + stale, large tubs of strange watery ice cream syrups with things floating in them take up a large area where the sweets used to be, cold fries, cold nacho cheese, rubbery stale chips, cold taco fillings. Really not edible $16.99+ for lunch salad bar now. Couldn't find waiter for a LONG time. Had also ordered chicken + fries, it arrived cold. We all LOVED this place SO MUCH for many years... but for how it is now, sadly won't be back. read more

I was visiting my uncle, and he took me to his favorite restaurant, the sizzler in Hesperia. It had been years since I had been in a sizzler, and I wasn't sure if there was any around anymore. I was impressed with the cleanliness and excellent friendly staff. We both had the salad bar which had a very good selection of foods, including soups, tacos, fried chicken, and very fresh veggies, and the salad bar area I even had peach cobbler and chocolate/vanilla yogurt with chocolate sauce for dessert. My only regret is not getting a steak, they smelled so good going in to the restaurant! I highly recommend this restaurant. read more
