    Sixthman is a company owned by NCL since 2012, so when a couple hundred of us were left standing on the dock 3 hours after disembarkation from our music themed cruise last Friday and there were no buses to transport us to the airport, like we paid for, I COMPLAINED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGES as people need to know that they cannot rely on the transportation provide. Two buses came and went during 3 hours. 1 returned full when they left a woman in a wheelchair sitting along the curb and it was the only bus that had a handicap lift. This was the second year in a row that a problem with the airport transfer has occurred so its obviously a recurring problem that needs to be fixed and travelers need to know about. Although 3 buses came reserved for the musicians, even some of them found themselves stuck at the port with no other bus to take them. Sixthman claimed no responsibility at all in spite of being the "booking agent and partner company", at first they denied having any ability to do anything, even though they are a subsidiary company owned by NCL until others called them out on that statement. The FB admin made excuses about traffic, accidents, etc all of which had absolutely nothing to do with it because the dozens of cabs, Ubers and private transports / shuttles didn't seem to have a problem getting there. Then they allowed online other people to attack those who complained and instead of removing the attackers posts, they removed the entire post so you can't see the complaint. The attacks continue under the admins post of "Be kind". Many people had to pay additional monies for cabs and Ubers to make their flights. Instead of blaming their company for it's failure they allowed everyone to blame those who booked the transfers for not taking private transportation, booking later flights (ours was at 4 pm, not sure how late we should make it disembarking at 8 am 7 miles away) or staying extra days overnight. Sixthman only wants to allow you to see the good things and god forbid you should know there are problems. NEVER trust a company that isn't transparent about problems and refuses to advocate on behalf of their clients.

    This is a promoter who gets people hyped up just to disappoint them when the time comes for the event

    Changed the headliner just before the cruise with nothing in return. I would not recommend to anyone

    Amazing job on Melissa Ethridge island. We had a blast. We had a horrible room with NO privacy but the rest was fabulous.

    Don't trust your concert package money to these amateurs. Changing everything last second, and basically did not deliver on package items.

    RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! This black own business belonging to Debra Hines Brown aka (alias) SB World…read moreTravel should be ashamed to be listed anywhere on the internet. The owner has collected over 12K+ from a very large group of 15+ headed to Ghana in December 2023. Unfortunately, that will not happen for some now. Debra Hines Brown (associate with) Jasmine Hines has added things to our trip not requested, adding outlandish fees and all monies has been pocketing by this company / president upon us further investigating the corruption. Example: she advised us on a 5-star hotel which was quoted $3,000 per person having to be in a double occupancy for 7 nights equaling $6,000 for two people. We were ultimately given a Best Western option, when we called, (correction) Best Western gave us the rate of $850 per person a double occupancy equaling $1700, this lady is straight trying to rip us off and she is a crook! Debra Hines Brown told us we could not get refunded for anything and that we had to walk away from 12+K now that we see the scam. She still has the money, not one penny has gone to the hotel for a deposit. She's now saying that she gave GoWay, a third-party agency the money, GoWay's rep confirmed that she is not being honest with us. She gets ZERO stars and there are several other poor reviews reflecting similar treatment on Google and I'm sure the good reviews are probably kin folk or friends. There's not even a real office building at the physical location at: 955 Memorial Dr SE Suite 532, Atlanta, GA 30316. Debra Hines Brown has blocked many of us on the group from her business Facebook page for writing our reviews. What you can expect is for Debra Hines Brown to reply to this thread by showing her theatrics saying that we are maliciously trying to ruin her... Umm.. all fifteen plus? Do yourselves a big favor and find an agency that's more trustworthy.
