He did so kindly. Neal is -fast-, courteous, and understand the needs, standards and budget of his clients. Speed is key when trying to book flights. The guy we left dragged his feet, and ticket costs skyrocketed by 1k for first class. If you're a frequent flier like me (Platinum on Delta) here's the value added to using Neal. -the headache of booking, and getting best rooms etc, is his. -at MOST, you pay the same amount as if you booked the trip yourself, but you get more in upgrades, room selection, perks, and of course personalized service. -on anniversaries, he's had everything from chocolates to champagne waiting in the room. When planning a wedding, not everything goes perfectly and this includes the honeymoon. We recently discovered, without notice or warning, that American Airlines had cancelled our flight out of Grenada to Miami. If it wouldn't have been for Neal and his attention to detail, we could have been stuck between a rock and a hard place with limited return options. Since Neal caught the mishap early, he was able to use his expertise to find alternate options and now we will be staying an extra night in Grenada at the same resort for FREE (as well as a resort credit) while carrying over our prearranged travel plans to the following day. We have never met Neal face to face because of our location differences (he's in Atlanta and we reside in Cincinnati) but his professionalism allows him to set up the perfect vacation for all of his customers no matter where they are located. I would highly recommend working with Neal no matter where you reside or what type of travel you are planning if you want it done perfectly. If we would have gone with one of the travel sites, there is not a doubt in my mind that we would have been out of luck with due to the airline's mishap. She took my friends and myself money and haven't replied to us since. We all booked for a trip she never properly greeted us, and when she did, she was requesting money. Our trip was for to be paid off July 1st. She changed my invoice to June 1st after I told her how I felt. When I reached out to her to see why my invoice date had changed, she didn't reply. And she hasn't replied at all. She just basically took our money and haven't said 2 more words to us. I would just like a refund atp.

Our hotels were very nice, truly 5-star in most ways. Locations in both cities were away from the historic centers, but we're public transit savvy, so it was fine... Anna Potter of Rockett planned an incredible Budapest History Tour for us on our last day there -- it was the highlight of our vacation, Anna is Great ! We really loved both cities! Regarding our transportation, it was adequate, but a recurring hassle... Rockett somehow booked 3 different reservations, on 2 code-sharing airlines. We discovered this after our deposit, not before. A month prior to our departure, Rockett provided tickets on one airline, while the actual flights were on the other. This resulted in the loss of expensive seat upgrades (not refunded) and an inability to check-in online for any of our flights. Rockett blamed the airline(s) for all of this, but she chose the airlines, made all the reservations, and issued the tickets.. Also, we got stranded in Budapest, because our pre-paid transfer from hotel to train station didn't show up. Transportation was an expensive disappointment, and we never got much of an explanation, just casting blame about. I wish there were a 2 1/2 star rating. I came home feeling a bit taken advantage of, due to my lack of experience. I would highly recommend Anna Potter for personal tours, because of the effort she expended for us, but I would not recommend Rockett for your transportation needs ..

When you approached the door from the line of attendance, they ask to see your appointment confirmation. I was literally in and out of this place in 26 mins and was asked to come back on the next business day to retrieve my new passpoprt! Going through the metal detector was a breeze as well. You have to be so close to departure that, if you submit the application on line, you won't get the new ppt in time for the trip. Four stars. The website could have gien more info. 2. Step 2 is applying in person. The appointments are very early in the morning. Mine was for 6:45 am. I got there at 6:30 and they let me in early. Crowd control was pretty smooth. The people I talked to at the window in the lobby and two different windows on the 10th floor were quick, efficient and very professional. Five stars! 3. Step 3 is picking up the new passport. Apparently all the applications submitted in the mornng are processed and returned between 11:00 and 11:30 am. People were already in line when I arrived at 10:30. The guard was shouting instructions like a hall monitor in elementary school. They admit people to the building starting at 11:00 in batches of five. On the 10th floor you get a number like at the DMV and wait in a lobby to be called to a window. They hand them out as the passports are actually printed, not in the order of the numbered ticket they give you. 50 people who came in after me received their passports before I did. Go figure. That said, I had my new ppt and was out the door by 11:30. Four stars. BTW there is metered street parking a few blocks away on Elllis Street, John Wesley Dobbs Ave. (by the GSU law school) and on Peachrtree Center Ave. Update: I received an email Saturday afternoon informing me that the passport I had picked Friday morning was ready for pickup.
