The dim lighting and relaxing music made it the perfect place to unwind. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, and I never felt like they were rushing. They were very gentle and took their time, which made the entire experience feel so relaxing and luxurious. I also appreciated that they use high quality products, and my scalp and hair felt amazing afterward. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Mint Spa Studio to anyone looking to treat themselves to a relaxing, high quality experience.

The head massage alone almost put me to sleep -- it was that good. They moved into a lymphatic massage for my face and shoulders, which immediately relieved so much tension I didn't even realize I was holding. What I loved most was how everything flowed together. While my face mask was on, they were simultaneously doing a scalp massage, hair treatment, and full wash. It really felt like you're getting a facial, massage, and hair spa all in one session. My skin felt refreshed and smooth, and my hair was insanely soft after the premium mask and steam treatment. The space itself is calm, clean, and cozy, and the staff made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely taken care of. If you're looking for a peaceful self-care experience in OC, I can't recommend Mint Spa enough. Definitely worth it

They have various spa options from facials to massages. About $300-$400 for selected services. Day spa ticket to use facilities was $100 included hot sauna and jacuzzi, locker rooms, showers etc. Their spa store had a lot of high quality selections too including clothes, scents, candles and jewelry. Having booked the service, we were allowed to utilize the amenities located in the spa. In order to get to the spa (if you're not staying in the hotel), you had to drive into the front entrance of the hotel. This is located on the side opposite of PCH. The only real option to park is through valet service which the spa takes care of as part of the cost of the service. Our massages were booked for 2pm but we arrived around 11:30am to have lunch and enjoy the amenities. The food was pretty good and the servings were plentiful. We got a chicken Cesar wrap and the charcuterie board. You're able to eat and have the food brought over just like you were ordering room service, it was definitely room service cost and they charged for delivery to the garden. After we finished eating, we lounged in the garden to catch some sun. This is the part where I say that it almost fit the bill... the weather loved tents providing shade had mold on the canvas. Maybe it was just weather warn because it does stay outside all year round? Not sure but I'm thinking that it definitely looked like mold to me. After the sun, we enjoyed the indoor amenities of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. For me, there a few other patrons enjoying the amenities but my boyfriend said that he pretty much had the men's locker room all to himself. My favorite part about the amenities was the shower. The shower had a rainfall shower, a handheld shower and then several steam shower heads on three of the walls. The products in the shower smelled great and I would definitely use them again. For our massages, we have the couples suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous complete with 2 massage tables, 2 sinks, a gorgeous tub, 2 separate showers this beautiful stone piece on the far wall. Massages were great and relaxing. After the massages, our massage therapists led us out to the garden again to pretty much recover from the service and it was definitely needed. Upon checking it out from our service, we perused the gift shop. There were cute clothing pieces there as well as the products that were utilized as part of some of the services. When paying, they let us know that the gratuity was already covered in the cost so that was nice. Given the cost for each service, I thought it was a generous but also fair tip. Because we finished late afternoon, we decided to walk down to the pier and venture around there. We were able to keep the car there and the hotel bellman allowed us to store our gym bags in the hotel as well, all at no extra cost. If I was looking to splurge again, I would probably come back. What would sweeten the deal is if we were able to use the hotel pool too but they said that it is only allowed during the weekdays when the pool isn't too busy.

I've had several different massage therapists, and every single one has been attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure the session is tailored to what I need. Before each massage, they always ask if there are any areas I'd like them to focus on and what level of pressure I prefer. Whether I'm looking to relieve tight shoulders or just unwind, they've consistently delivered one of the best massages I've had. The space itself is spotless, with an elegant, calming atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. The heated massage tables are such a nice touch, because I'm always cold! If you're looking for a true Thai massage experience, they also incorporate techniques like walking on your back (with your comfort in mind), which provides an amazing deep stretch and pressure. One tip: make an appointment. They're popular for a reason, and they book up quickly. They also accept Zelle, which is a convenient way to pay and avoid card processing fees. It's not easy to find a massage place that's this consistent, clean, and professional. This is one of those businesses that earns repeat customers, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

I got the Premium Package at $105 each, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish for 75 minutes. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I was looking at in LA. You get your hair washed and treated (we both have balayages, so our hair is FRIED), a facial, and a head and neck massage! We're both dentists, so we were wishing the massage was a bit deeper, but that's all we really have to say. It was super relaxing since I was running on 3 hours of sleep. It's nice, quiet, and dark inside, and I felt my stress melt away. Afterwards, my friend and I were amazed at how soft and fluffy our hair was and she expressed that we gotta come back for the VIP experience next! Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

The last part of the appointment was very strong. I don't know if I was very tense it was high intensity. But the next day I felt very light and not sore. I think I was not used to the intensity. The blow drying after the wash was well done and I was very happy with everything. Water is also provided and I felt like I was very well taken care of. Overall I would highly recommend zen head spa and would come back for another appointment.
