My family and I visit Back2Back in Mooresville on an as needed basis and we have for many years. Dr. B and his team of professionals always deliver the utmost in care and therapy. After my recent adjustment I discussed an issue I had been experiencing with leg cramps. I had been having severe leg cramps for the past 4 months, and I discussed this with Dr. Curtis. He recommended a supplement regime consisting of Magnesium and Liqua-D. (Liqua-D is a liquid Vitamin-D supplement and Back2Back keeps it on the shelf.) My leg cramps and symptoms disappeared within 48 hours!!! Keep up the great work!!! See you in a few weeks!

My experience with Saylor Physical Therapy has been extremely troubling, and I want others to be…read moreaware of what happened. The clinic collected $420 in copays from me for six visits that were denied by my health insurance because Saylor did not obtain the required preauthorization. BCBS explained that when a denial is caused by a provider's administrative error, the patient is not responsible for any charges or copays. My Explanation of Benefits statements confirm that I am responsible for $0 for these visits. Despite this, the clinic kept the money. I spoke with their office manager and explained the situation. She refused to refund the copays because she was adamant the clinic would be paid for those visits. I explained that even though BCBS refused to pay, they would still receive payment from Geico for those visits since it was a personal injury claim. She still refused to refund the copays but said they would be refunded if they received payment from insurance. Later, Saylor Physical Therapy accepted payment in full from Geico for all six denied visits and still did not return my money. They have ignored every voicemail and email I've sent since then. There was also a seventh visit where they took my $70 copay, received payment from BCBS, and then accepted another payment in full from Geico for the same date of service. According to the information I received, they told Geico the visit had not been paid, even though BCBS had already paid the claim months earlier. They kept all three payments. This does not feel like a simple oversight -- it reflects a pattern of billing behavior that no patient should have to deal with. In total, Saylor Physical Therapy owes me $490 that I believe should be refunded, and they have refused to communicate or correct the issue. I have been left with no choice but to turn to the NC Department of Insurance and the NC Attorney General for assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking honest or professional treatment.

I am only 29 years old, very active..part of the reason I may have back pain. My pain was interfering with everyday life, I couldn't even put on my shoes without crying...I had to stop doing things I loved, because of the pain. I have now been going to Dr. Bell for 2 months now and I'm on a road to recovery...is my back 100% better..no. I have noticed a tremendous difference since I have started my treatment. I can put on my shoes without unbearable pain, I can sneeze and cough again without having pain shoot through my back. Here Dr. Bell does not "snap, crack, and pop" your body. They use advance technology using a pro-adjuster and Dr. Bell will make more corrections if needed. I can't say enough how I like this procedure better. Dr. Bell and his team at the office are all awesome! They offer massage services also, Jesse is VERY knowledgable in her field of massage.
