When we walked in to look for a new mattress, with our 2 little ones. I was surprised to see a salesman approach us with such eagerness. Sometimes two little boys can be a little intimidating. AHHHHHH kids! But not for Johnny Maldonado. He was so welcoming and patient. He really paid attention to what was important for me and my husband. Both of us had such different needs, and it had been over eight years since our last mattress purchase. It's been two weeks with our new king size mattress. We are completely satisfied with Johnny's recommendation and looking forward to purchasing our boys new beds this summer. With Johnny's help of course. read more

Robert C. From Sit 'n Sleep really hooked it up. My mother told him she was one a budget and with her recent surgery, she wasn't going to be help move the new mattress combined with my grandmother and I. He understood, gave us free shipping to our home and installing, gave us the sheets, and a few other perks as well. Honestly, it was refreshing to know that good guys like Robert still exist, especial in the buying and selling business world. We bought and paid for the bed on Friday (June 3rd@016) and got it today (June 5th 2016) at 11:30. The guys were professional there; all helping their customers, and you can tell they love their job. read more

I just became a Sit N Sleep family at the Pasadena Store! I was very impress that all the staff were weaning masks; health and safety first! The customer service was great! Brian Jens was awesome, he was very patience with us, took his time explaining every thing slowly to us, our options, so that we could understand how every thing works. He did not mind, having to explain twice. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Love him! Great choice Larry! Thank you Brian Jens read more

Bought a new mattress and box spring, but the wrong box spring showed up at our house. One phone call to store manager Angie Jones and the problem was fixed - she arranged for delivery of the right one and takeaway of the incorrect one. Full disclosure: we are short people and need the low-rise box spring so that we don't have to borrow ladders from the fire dept to climb into bed every night :-). Thanks Angie!!!! read more
