Extremely disappointed in George and his wife. Went into their store last week and the first thing…read moreI explained is that three different people's escrow is all riding on the date we need for installing new counters, so all parties could close escrow in our five day deal. I even agreed to pay more than the other contractors estimates so we could get a date confirmed. George confirmed a date. He then guaranteed the date after I stressed again how important it was that this was the most important thing for our timeline. My husband and I asked him to write it up so I could pay a deposit to confirm the date. George says "Oh, I will just email it to you." I said "we will wait. How long can it take?" He says "20 minutes." I told him "it's ok, we will wait." He starts stuttering/huffing and puffing about it making it seem that he doesn't want us to wait and he guarantees that we will get the contract within 20 minutes. We leave. 20 minutes go by..an hour goes by..then it's past 5 o'clock. We email him to ask him what happened. No response again. He then emails back the following day with an apology and the contract. Done. He tells me to come in to pick materials. I go in today to pick up materials and he tells me that he hoped I went somewhere else and went with another company because he can no longer do the date he confirmed. We already signed all of the escrow paperwork so did the sellers of the property we are purchasing and the buyers of our property. We are now starting our five days on the day that he confirmed and he tells me that he cannot start for another five days. Totally unacceptable behavior for a businessman. especially after I stressed how important this was .I asked him to please call the client and have them move out and he said no he doesn't want to make a client upset! I explained to him that what he did was unacceptable. He could've at least called me or emailed me. He said it didn't matter. Terrible businessman. Totally disregard of clients time. Unprofessional. Left us in a bad position now. Not only will I never work with him, but I will never refer anybody to his business and advise everybody to stay far away. Do yourself a favor and do not even attempt to do business with George. Check his other negative reviews as they speak for themselves. Terrible customer service.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Boyle's Flooring, and I can't recommend them enough!…read more From the moment we walked into the showroom, Anto made us feel like family. He was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest recommendations on the best flooring for our home rather than trying to upsell us. What really sets Boyle's Flooring apart is that they don't just sell flooring--they install it too. Their installation crew was professional, efficient, and did outstanding work. They transformed our home in just a short amount of time, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was excellent, and everything looks absolutely beautiful. Anto truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We were in the middle of moving into our new home, and he even helped move appliances to make the installation go more smoothly. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you're looking for a flooring company that genuinely cares about its customers, provides quality products, and stands behind their work, Boyle's Flooring is the place to go. Thank you, Anto, and the entire team, for making our new home even more beautiful. We couldn't be happier!

ZERO STARS. Stay…read moreaway from this business. Peter, the owner of this business is unprofessional and unethical. Complete scam. If you are looking to do custom kitchen cabinets, he does not do them. He will tell you he can and when you give him a deposit, he will say he can't do this and can't do that. He took a deposit from us and when we realized he couldn't do any of the things we were asking for, we asked him kindly if he would refund us the deposit since he did not actually do any work (no drawings, no orders, etc.), he refused. The only thing he did do was come measure our kitchen. His attitude completely changed once he received the deposit and was extremely rude. We got most of our deposit back after a couple of intense argumentative conversations. We cut our losses and called it a day. We don't have time to deal with con artists like Peter Guo. Don't get scammed. Stay away.
