Out of state guest
Nita M.

Our car broke down in the snow, The owner of this hotel had humility and compassion. I would recommend lodging here to anybody. The check in clerk was friendly as well. The rooms were spacey, all the amenities upgrades and clean. Also affortable. Thank you We did take a lot of biz to him that evening with hotel guest from out of state. Keith ,& Anita

All smiles here!

Nestled in the pine trees on the east side of Sisters is a wonderful lodge with 36 stand-alone…read morecabins and a main building with 8 suites. We opted for one of the cabins, which was quaint, modern, clean, comfortable, romantic, and just the right size for two people. The layout of the cabins is friendly to the trees, too, so it really feels like you are a part of nature when you stay there. Amenities include a very comfortable king bed, TV, large soak tub, gas fireplace, mini-fridge and microwave, and a patio. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, and have events, such as a nightly wine and beer reception. As an added bonus, there is a spa, theater, brewery, and athletic club in the complex. And, of course, Sisters and the surrounding area offer so much to do in any season. This place truly is an exceptional place to vacation.

This was our second stay at FivePine Lodge & Spa, and it was every bit as memorable as our first…read more We came for a long Memorial Day weekend to meet up with friends and unwind, and FivePine delivered exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful luxury retreat in the middle of the forest. The cabins are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful, high-end touches. We always try to book one along the edge of the property facing the trees, and the views never disappoint. Waking up to a forest instead of a parking lot is hard to beat. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is better than most luxury hotels, with a separate water closet, a large shower, and a deep soaking tub that fills from the ceiling. Beyond the cabins, the entire property is designed for relaxation. There are walking trails throughout, a welcoming lodge with plenty of space to gather, a well-maintained pool, and extensive grounds that encourage you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. One of our favorite things about FivePine is its location. It's an easy walk into downtown Sisters, which meant we could start our mornings with a stroll to Sisters Coffee and a visit to the local bookstore before heading back to enjoy the rest of the property. The lodge also has restaurants, a movie theater, and a spa on site, which I've reviewed separately. I could keep describing it, but honestly, the photos tell the story better than I can. If you're looking for a place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort, FivePine is a wonderful choice. Will we be back? Absolutely. It's quickly becoming one of our favorite getaway destinations. If you found this review helpful, give it a like so it can help others too.

We absolutely loved this Bunkhouse! Best bunkhouse I have stayed at in years! We had room #1 with 2…read moresmall dogs. There is a great room for people to share however I never saw anyone else there. I made use of the big room and wrapped gifts to take to our grandsons birthday the next day on the giant table and made ice in the mini ice machine for cocktails. Later I made fresh coffee. Great and easy walk down the main street and easy to take the doggies to go out. In the Am we visited not one but 2 amazing bakeries! #1 Sisters Bakery and #2 Angeline's Bakery on our way to Portland. (listed in no specific order) People had requested specific things from each bakery so we got to taste lots of delicious things; #1 apple fritters, doughnuts and sourdough bread and #2 bagels, quiche and a berry strudel or something that was to drool for! Enjoy Sisters! It is a great place to stay!

Great location right in the heart of downtown Sisters. Cannot independently control the thermostat…read morein each room. It is set for one temperature for the entire 4 units. Even though it was only 51 to 57 degrees outside this weekend, it was 73 degrees in the room the entire trip (unless I opened the windows) and then had to deal with cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Got two rough nights of sleep. No chair in the room to sit on, so your only seating is the bed. Shower is extremely tiny and the head sprays straight down. Can't really angle it toward your body so I couldn't get clean in all the private places. Nice people running the property and it is easy to park. If you sleep warm and/or are specific with your climate needs I would not recommend it. I can't even imagine how warm the room is when it's 80+ degrees outside in the heart of summer. My room was the upstairs unit. Maybe the first floor is cooler, not sure. But mine was miserable and I couldn't get comfortable to sleep. I felt no air coming out of the vent. The fans didn't help. It was either cool with loud sounds all night, or super hot and quiet. Too much street noise all day except from around 11pm-7am daily. Next time I'll stay at an actual hotel with independent thermostats.

We made our reservation at the last minute -- 3:00 pm while eating lunch. We reserved a Queen bed…read moreroom online, but within a few minutes, we got a text that said we had been upgraded to a King room. The room was great! King bed and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, dishes, etc. The second room was a sitting room/garage. It had a couch, table and chairs, but also a roll up door - so you could store your bikes or kayaks in there overnight. The property is small -- only 9 rooms, I think. Has a hot tub. Very quiet and close to the main drag of Sisters - a short walk to anywhere in town.

And you're really close to an amazing view of the Three Sisters Mountains. The rooms are comfy, open, and spacious. I opted for the Deluxe King Suite with Kitchenette and loved it. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt right at home here. I even saw some deer hanging out next to the property, which I see often at home. This property also has a courtyard area with a fire pit, hot tub, and cold tub. My air-conditioned room had 2 TVs, one for each room, which was nice. The free, Wi-Fi was also nice, but the extra touch was the various cables they had in the room--great for people who forget to bring that one thing they really needed. I would definitely stay in this establishment again.
